The delivery was supposed to be for the next day after our order but it took them onemore day

Nothing to do with the company its self just choice of delivery company and there poor performance my package was left in a corridor for hotel guests and could have been taken by anyone the receptionist at Raja did look into the delivery and report back to me

Good service except for a hole in the bag of Loose Fill when the lorry moved I had to go out and pick it up as it was blowing around the car park I know these things happen

Excellent service but your courier delivered my order covered in sand I was not very impressed by this

I bought this paper to wrap up my parcels before boxing them This is definitely quantity over quality as the paper is slighting thin and see through However it does the job

The Eco-Flo loose-fill bags arrived with multiple holes in the packaging one of which had clearly lost around 15-20 of the contents within the delivery van on route This is mostly due to the bags themselves being insufficiently robust but it would be worth looking at how they are being transported and or changing the bags for the future

Craig was super helpful and sorted our order and artwork out as we had a couple of technical fault Ordering was easy and quick cost was ok but not ground breakingly inspiring Unfortunately have received an email confirming our oder would be with us in 10 days as advertised we then got a second message a day or so later to say that it would actually be 3 weeks which frankly is not on as we could have chosen a competitor and have the tape by now lots of effort put into website looking great and when you call getting through to your packaging expert or what ever equally cringeworthy name they call themselves as they introduce themselves I know it is to seem more efficient and professional but its just a face that seemingly hides a less professional service experience Customers want great Real customer service not pomp and flash Having said that Craig M was a star very personable and professional when sorting out the artwork in they old fashion way

I have just received a 36 page promotional paper brochure with the headline PACK ECO-RESPONSIBLY Does anyone not see the absurdity of this They send out a HUGE amount of paper promotional material - Products are good- Delivery fast- Customer service good - Eco-Friendly credentials poor

The items came in good time but the DX driver dumped the two damaged boxes in a corridor without notifing us and sign Rob as a receiver Rob doesn t work here

Really easy to deal with - unfortunately order wasnt sent out when ordered which caused a little bit of a panic but it was rectified really quickly
