delivery delay somewhat overpriced

delivery delayed by a week when paid for and needed the banding the next day wasn t Raja fault per se was DX Express who sent confusing emails and were impossible to reachhowever then they offered me a refund and collected the banding and never refunded me and ignored my emails looking for a refund so got robbed of 75 plus VATa truly shocking customer service and company avoid RAJA UK like the plague

The Brown triangular postal boxes

The Brown triangular postal boxes 60X500mm pack of 25 were smaller than last time More disappointingly the sticky tape that s supposed to come off is not reliable I left the tubes packed overnight to find then unsealed and opened the next morning which makes the whole point of these tubes pointless as you have to tape them all around to make sure your packages won t get lostAlso I am unhappy that there isn t an option for cheaper postage for example one that is not next-day and super expensive for those orders that are not urgent and you can save on them

Avoid Poorly packaged and zero service

Order sent poorly packaged and as a result all the contents were damaged No reply to my follow up email to Raja to have the issue resolved No point in paying premium for packaging if this is the level of service Will have to revert to my credit card company for a refund if Raja continue to not reply and give no service

Misleading information on website

I Have ordered pallet wrap pack of 6 rolls Extended Cardboard Core Black Blown Stretch Film 30 Recycled 25 Micron 500mm x 200m Pack of 6 Price is pack of 6 on website and I have ordered 6 I should receive 36 but received only 6 single I have been charged 121 74 excluding VAT One roll cost me 20 29 where you can buy this roll on amazon 5 - 6 maximum When i contacted customer service they ask me to retune the parcel on my own cost and there will be 30 deduction to restore the product back in warehouse Very disappointed with their service and misleading description of the products on website

Dismal

Dismal even by Viking standards First time customer Ordered Thursday Confirmed order Despatched Ordered 4 things Only 1 has arrived Doesn t know its erse from its elbow Customer service atrocious Avoid like plague Good luck getting off their mailing list Still waiting Nobody has any idea what s going on Disputing to credit card company as it s not on spending 250 and nobody giving a flying monkey

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM - Placed an order I was promised next day delivery and never arrived - Order was paid online but received an invoice next day with BACS details to pay - They use DX for delivery services no tracking information was sent - Upon contacting RAJA the rep said unsure of the tracking number she then contacted DX to find out the tracking and then DX also mentioned the parcel was loaded into the van and was taken out for an unknown reason - She eventually gave me the tracking number which does not work - Today I contacted DX they say they don t have the parcel Completely left in dark now

Shocking

Absolutly shocking customer service Ordered storage bins advertised pack of 5 so brought 5 packs expecting 50 bins Recieved 10 Being 5 times more expensive than i anticapted i contacted to return 4 99 delivery cost originally yet wants to charge 36 00 to collect Not only this charging 20 restocking charge Now been a week return refund still not processed New customer first order will never return Not impressed STAY WELL CLEAR

Original order incomplete

Original order incomplete took over a week to rectify and rather than sending the one small missing item in a small jiffy bag by first class post they sent a whole new item which was a palette delivery delivered in the rain and ruined Sorry wont be using RajPack again

DISASTER AVOID

My order hadn t arrived after 5 days despite me paying for next day delivery They made a mess of my order and not for the first time now left unable to send my deliveries to very frustrated customers This isn t the first time RAJA Packaging has made a mess of my order Such a poor business to deal with If you need anything quickly for you business DO NOT USE RAJA Packaging

I was promised a call back within 30min

I was promised a call back within 30min and did not receive a call for 2 days Then called back and nothing had been noted down by that customer service representative Very disappointing
