Products are fine but postage

Products are fine and priced decently They are let down by terrible delivery prices You can either pick up the item by going to them or you re stuck with next day delivery on anything So some flat cardboard you re in no rush for will set you back 10 postage and no other option at all

I have purchased a few products before

I have purchased a few products before and their products and customer service has been excellent However this batch of FLT1 boxes Extra flat box with top opening and adhesive strip 218x186x22mm are remarkably poor compared to the same items I bought in late 2022 The old ones folded perfectly held their shape once constructed and the adhesive was astonishing Fast forward to the 2024 versions that were more expensive fold quite poorly often don t stay folded and the adhesive doesn t seem as excessive as before I ve had to start stapling the boxes to keep them constructed and taping them both directions to stop them from opening The thin plastic packaging was a little lacklustre for the heavy handed courier but apart from a dent in 1 box face and a few edges being a bit mangled they survived the delivery process fairly well

I was disappointed with the delivery

I was disappointed with the delivery usually fine but not this time It is lucky my goods were not stolen as they were left out while the courier acutally forged my signature This also meant that while I had paid extra for speedy delivery I did not recieve them until after the event I had ordered them for - very disappointing

Couldn t return an order

I ordered some working benches they turned out to be much bigger then they seems in the website Tried to return or exchange but the attendant said the product had been shipped from another supplier and son and so that typical internet hassle business of a company selling a product they don t have Conclusion it s easier just stay with them

Ivory cream shred not same colour as pictured

Raja products and services are great quality However ivory cream shred much more yellow than the image Also the packages have often got lost as they didn t have my name on the address so I put my name in capitals within the address itself

I would have given it more stars if they hadn t invaded my privacy

I would have given it more stars because I did genuinely have a good first experience purchasing packaging with Raja though mind you it was only a first experience and I would have ideally preferred to have made more purchases before providing a review However I felt compelled to write this when I found out that ever since I made my purchase I have been hounded on my social media platforms especially YouTube with adverts from them to make more purchases Literally almost every video I click on there s another advert First of all how do you have access to my YouTube account when I never provided it But of course it s the algorithm data privacy etc the world we live in today This isn t right If I ve signed off my anonymity because of a purchase then I m going to hesitate to make another one This needs to stop

Everything arrived promptly but packing box arrived smashed

Packaging of the packaging could be better - good service otherwise

Products were fine but I m surprised a packaging supplier doesn t package its packaging better We received 2 deliveries - both knocked about a fair bit in transit The flat boxes were merely strapped together and the outer ones consequently damaged and a strapping dispenser needed taping back together to function as a strapping dispenser So a little surprised and disheartened That said customer service was friendly and helpful when we quickly amended an order - so it s just this one issue of protective packaging of the supplies that we felt should be better

Delivery issues

Product is good but to deliver they are bound in a plastic packing strips which means that they cut into the cardboard so 3 of the boxes on each side of the packs that we got them in had to be thrown away due to damage Think there must be a better solution for securing them for delivery
