Although part of our order was missing he contacted the customer services team and Craig dealt with our issue quickly and we received the missing boxes within a couple of days Overall very happy with the products and the communication

We were looking for a supplier for

Late on a Friday afternoon I ordered four Export boxes with pallets Almost immediately Raja Ltd notified me that one of the component parts was out of stock and that my order could not be fulfilled in the timescale I needed Working with the Customer Services team Cat and Craig we quickly sorted through all the available options agreed on how we were going to reconstitute my order and get it sent to me in the quickest way possible All of this far exceeded my expectations and in the end the order was only delayed by 24hrs

We were looking for a supplier for shipping boxes and luckily we came across this company The reason I say this is we are a small business starting out and had many questions and our orders are small compared to other company s I spoke to a gentleman call Shiv who from the very first call took the time to advise explain and help me which was amazing I have placed 2 orders so far and because of the time and help received will continue to work with Shiv and this company As they took their time to advise and help a new company I have dealt with Shiv and he is credit to this company and how other company s should work with customers

Extremely Helpful Customer Service

Spoke with Beckie Baldwin one of the customer service sales advisors requesting assembly instructions for one of the Raja UK boxes that we had recently purchased I was promised a quick response by e-mail and within 10 minutes I had received a video which Beckie had literally just taken herself showing us exactly how to assemble the box Now that is what I call first class service
