Very impressive customer service

The sales staff are always very helpful and Kiran yesterday was no exception - friendly professional and answered the phone within a couple of rings Then nice and early this morning the order arrived great service all round

Genuine customer service isn t dead

Very impressive customer service You can tell a lot about a company when things go wrong and how they deal with it I received the wrong order the company responded by quickly sorting it out ringing me a few times to keep me updated and check everything was ok I shall be using them again I m very happy with the products too

Excellent post-sales customer service

I have made quite a few orders and they have all been successful in no small part due to the politeness professionalism and sheer patience of the sales team particularly Kiran and Syed I often ask about new product lines change my mind mid order and am not great with product codes sizes etc but we always find a way they tell me about price breaks and never forget to tie down the delivery address which for our company can vary and the goods always arrive the next day which is supremely efficient in reality I can t fault the service from start to finish well done

I am really pleased that I have finally found somewhere that would sell a small quantity of packing card to me for a one-off arts project I was very impressed that Craig Marriot took the trouble to identify possibilities from what must have been a less than usual request The other packing card manufacturers that I have been in touch with did not want to engage

Beckie knows how to go above and beyond

This is the first time I dealt with this company Tihana went over and beyond to help with what I wanted to order She was very professional and make the whole process super easy I ordered yesterday at 4pm and delivery was made at 7am this morning I will defiantly be back Every time I called the company each customer service agent was so polite and helpful How did I not know about them before 5 stars all the way

Never less than great service

We ve been using Raja for years and it finally happened We had a slight miscommunication regarding our order renewal and it wasn t processed the next day After giving Raja a call Beckie somehow organised a delivery for the same day Although it arrived a couple of hours later than planned it was still on the same day Rockstars
