Stag Minilite Alloys

Purchased a set of replica minilite alloy wheels for my Stag including Yokohama tyres order was received very quickly however 2 of the centre caps were damaged so I didn t fit the wheels spoke with David and he sent me out some more caps but took nearly a week to arrive I fitted the wheels but then discovered bad vibration through the car and steering wheel emailed David and he agreed that I should get them rebalanced and that the company would pay My local tyre fitter could not believe how unbalanced the wheels were the worst one was 140g out All four needed the original weights taking off and re balancing So either R and R s balancing machine is in dire need of calibration or the operator needs retraining during all this yet another cap broke its lugs off the quality is very poor At no point have I received an apology for all the inconvenience caused On a positive note the wheels look great but just a shame that the buying experience could have been better

Proper professional company

David and the the team were waiting for my wheels to arrive and kept me informed with regular updates When they did get the wheels they fitted the tyres had them balanced and arranged delivery by UPS The wheels were delivered on time and were very well packaged Consequently they were in perfect condition I was very pleased with the competitive price and excellent service

I live in Australia and I can say that the service I received was A I received a response immediately when they opened shop as we obviously have a time difference and spent a long time chatting with me and helping me out with what I need I made a decision the next day about the wheels I wanted and they were packed and shipped that day I received them 5 days later Wow I wouldn t have received them that quickly if they were in Australia Great team of guys and a pleasure doing business with Thanks so much

An excellent company to deal The whole process from wheel specification stage through to delivery was first class The after sales experience was also excellent when I had a query with the wheel stud size David was extremely helpful and knowledgeable resolving the problem almost immediately
