I ordered two extenders they don t work I had initially canceled my order as soon as I ordered them Conveniently they said they didn t get the email until after they shipped my order I was assured that I could return them within 60 days It s hard to return something when nobody returns your calls Complete SCAM Below they say contact them I did still nothing

Stay away from this website I almost purchased and entered my information but never confirmed because the site was suspicious Now they send me numerous emails confirming my order 10 shipping fee and my address They say the order has already shipped when I tell them I didn t order it how are they going to get payment They must be tracking keystrokes or the website retains personal info added

I will never do business with RangeRTD again

They changed my order to more expensive equipment and added lifetime warranties Both changes without my knowledge until I got the confirmation They were unresponsive to my requests for return goods information It was only after I presented to problem to the credit card company and refused the charges that RangeXTD sent the return address and instructions This took two months and many emails to get the issue resolved

What a disaster

I purchased 3 boxes Configured the boxes according to the user guide The result are terrible The coverage is a little improved but internet speed is 25 compared with the configuration without these boxes I tried to contact support to get some assistance but my mail gets bounced mail addresses seems to be fake So my advice buy another solution from a company that s responsive and sells a good product

I initially received an order for 3 devices on 12 16 2022 I first requested to return all 3 devices on 1 6 23 unopened and in original boxes on 1 6 2023 RangeXTD support emailed to say they had opened a ticket and were backed up and would get back to me That is suspicious as all legitimate companies have a simple return form to complete I contacted RangeXTD support weekly with almost no response Today I tried to refile through the website Contact us page and not even that is working

I sent in an order for the Rangextd and received an order number and the company charged my credit card However I m still waiting for tracking information or the order showing up I have since then tried contacting the customer service by phone and the e-mail on line form and received two e-mails saying they are looking into my order - nothing yet This sounds like a scam

Rangextd give legitimate companies a bad name

Addressing the bot response below Bot Please provide a legitimate name and email address Thus far I have sent over 20 emails per their protocol to this rag of a company requesting the return of an over shipment I have provided all the information they required 8 times They have ignored every single aside from responding via canned replies from Ann Jane and other bot names email I ve not received a single response nor do i expect to from a real person since the dilemma began They just don t care about consumers They will keep your money in my case 150 and have a laugh while doing it Rangextd give legitimate companies a bad name Does anyone remember Enron Same ethics at RAnGextd RAnGextd Order 2220154105
