Disappointment Due to Misleading Advertising Shipping Delays and Damaged Producte my experience

I would like to share my experience with the company and the shipping process which has been a great disappointment It was very frustrating to find that the shipping times were misrepresented violating the policies they themselves set I consider this misleading advertising and it should be reported Although I understand the company is based in the Netherlands the products are shipped from Hong Kong which adds another layer of complexity to the shipping process If you commit to specific delivery days you should adhere to those timelines or at least inform the customer of any issues Throughout this process I sent multiple emails and was given incorrect shipping times while your website continued selling products and lying about delivery times while mine was still not arriving You lied both in emails and on your website It wasn t until I became very frustrated and wrote to the main office that I received a response stating the shipment would take two weeks which still did not happen I want the right to decide whether I want to wait or not Do not take that right away from me Do not lie to me I placed an order on February 4th and the package arrived on February 28th meaning 18 business days far beyond the 7 days promised Additionally one of the products arrived damaged You offered to replace it or give me a 10 discount which I find absurd since I am not going to buy the product again I suppose I will have to wait another 28 days for the replacement The most important thing to me is my right to decide If the product is excellent and worth waiting 28 business days I will wait but it is my decision not to be treated like a misled child Please do not offer me future discounts as a 10 discount is absurd when I have already made the purchase I believe you should refund that 10 on the product I have already purchased as compensation for the inconvenience and the time wasted writing so many emails I hope you take my experience into consideration and most importantly improve your communication and customer service Update 3-3-25My order number was 1085 Denmark The payment reference number is with Klarna 303842640128 Order Reference Klarna LBF3BVHV Via WhatsApp they told me that they would send me a new replacement to replace the one that arrived broken I still don t have an email or a tracking number They said they uploaded my request I honestly don t want future discounts because I won t buy again

The Company promises free Return A Return Label was Not available The Return was at my expense I have sent and received many messages for a correct return address Only a number and Amsterdam as address were given The purchase price will not be refunded That is fraud or Scan

Long delivery time moderately working product

Delivery took so many weeks longer than stated 5-7 days No return label No proper responses to my emails to cancel the order The Dyadium itself is works poorly doesn t make the promised curls Eventhough I am not totally satisfied with the Dyadium I don t dare to return it as I will be sure I won t get my money back

I m only getting around to writing this review now but I ordered the Hyper Power a month ago and was really excited to try it Unfortunately my experience wasn t great in the process The site clearly states free shipping worldwide in two different places which I found very misleading since I was charged 10 77kr for shipping to Denmark For EU shipping that s way too much especially when the cost didn t even include home delivery Instead the package was sent via a cheaper delivery partner and I had to pick it up from a collection point At that price I would normally expect home delivery here What frustrated me most was the lack of updates and the misinformation throughout the process The site mentioned delivery in 3 days but I didn t receive any updates on the shipping status for days and the package eventually arrived 2 weeks later I wasn t too bothered about the delay itself but the fact that I had no idea what to expect was frustrating Adding to that the very next day after I received my order the site started offering free EU shipping which made me feel like I overpaid unnecessarily The price item is also cheaper now but it is what it is The misleading claims about free shipping and the poor communication were my main issues On top of that the website was buggy during checkout Some payment methods didn t work and I had to try 4-5 times before I could complete the purchase It even makes me wonder if the shipping fee I paid was also a bug Unfortunately customer service wasn t much help in resolving my concerns either As for the product itself I ve only used it once so far and it seems fine I still need to figure out how to use it properly but I have no complaints about the product itself

Changed my Dyson for Raveg

I started my Curly hairdresser business with the famous hairdryer Dayson but i noticed the low heat is very damaging so i got this beautiful blue hairdryer of Raveg and i have to say i completely forget about the other one just i will like that the diffuser will be a bit bigger than is now but i love it is high quality lightweight dry fast acceptable noise and the color is just gorgeous

Beter than Dyson This is a great product I order it online and it was delivered the next day I have type 3C curls and my hair feels amazing after i dry them with Raveg Definitely worth a try
