i bought my raycons about two years
i bought my raycons about two years ago for starters they sent me two pairs becuase the tracking number didint work so i gave the other pair to a friend and my current pair have been through the washer and dryer two times and have been dropped countless times and came out with literally no damage to the earbuds or the case so needless to say they are great durable and have a great sound

Amazing Customer Service
Jack was very helpful getting my earbud issue resolved He looked up all the order details provided multiple updates regarding my issue and sent out the replacement I was very impressed with the level of support I received I would definitely purchase from Raycon again

I really needed a new set of ear buds
I really needed a new set of ear buds and a friend gave me a gift card first to get one and then I got to the website and I was really impressed on the specs and designs for them I purchased a pair and from the get go I was updated constantly about its delivery The cherry on top was a welcome email from support Something told me to respond because of the tone and to my SURPRISE I got a response I will forever love a human touch to an email rather than an automated reply I am looking forward to use of my earbuds and I am sure that I will be using this brand for a VERY LONG WHILE because I am a sucker for durable products

Legit Customer Service Well done Raycon
Husband got the buy one get one 50 off deal around the holidays so decided to upgrade himself and buy a pair for me as a gift well I got him a pair as a gift also I inquired about returning the pair I purchased and had wonderful customer service from a person named Jordan Thanks Jordan for all your help I was able to return the pair for a full refund

Delighted with this company
Ordering was easy and shipping was speedy I m not at all a techie and I couldn t pair to my MacBook iPhone was no problem at all nothing worked for the laptop Did not find anything helpful in the instructions or online So I emailed for help The support team was wonderful spent several back-and-forth messages until the solution was found I m happy with the earbuds but delighted with the service and highly recommend

Great product and AWESOME TEAM
I ordered a pair of fitness earbuds Everything with the ordering process went smooth The delivery on the other hand was not as easy The carrier marked my item as delivered when it was not What made it worst is that I was away at the time and checked my box about 4 days after delivery Inside my box was a pair of sneakers which I did not order and could not locate the owner to because it was addressed completely wrong I understand that mistakes happen I APPRECIATE RAYCON for understanding that as well After a few emails between Jordan Sha and myself a claim was filed and a new pair of headphones were sent out to me They even allowed me to use a different address because I was fearful of the carrier making another mistake This is excellent customer service THANK YOU JORDAN AND SHA

I ll been a Raycon customer for about 5years now and this is the first time I had any issues The customer service were quick to respond and offered troubleshooting responses before the return option was sent The process was quick and easy And the return was fully credited for another new pair I will definitely keep purchasing Raycon products for me and my family And recommend them to my friends
