Things changed for the better will update this review more in the near future but for now Really staff addressed all concerns and made things right I would give zero stars terrible customer service The service worked great for about a month but I ve had no data service on my phone There is no one to call to help no one to appropriately chat with online regarding the issue and no one will text back on their text line

switch from V carrier and so far loving Really Support was also amazing had an issue with my QR code for the eSim and support fixed it in record time With the other carrier it would have taken 360 days to correct the Really support team had me fixed and up and running in 10 minutes

They are great i signed up and dual

They are great i signed up and dual sims on my s24 Really is cheaper and a private network oh and 50 gigs of Hotspot wich is why I decide to go with them their customer service is top notch my othwr network is verizon and they have horrible costumer service like I was really impressed with Really thanks Really

I had signed up for REALLY primarily to compare against my current carrier and the usage of a free hotspot I had some troubles getting the hotspot setup and after some time Customer Support was able to help me out perfectly Great cell service great customer service Highly recommend for those who have issues with connectivity in your home as well as in areas you normally have issues in

The process was seamless System is well automated and walks you through the entire process eSIM setup was painless unlike many other big cellular companies Speeds so far have been faster than T-mobile in VA and MD They are off to a great start I look forward to being a long term customer

Really works perfect or anyone needing another phone number service on a iPad or tablet or if your current carrier sucks in certain areas I m a subcontracted sales representative and I m always on the go relying on technology for pretty much everything that I do I used both Verizon and really because Verizon has started to fall off in certain areas whereas I have great reception with really Signing up was very easy no contract no credit check I m very pleased with the service I m hoping this company goes further to dethrone the big three Monopoly s in cell reception

Not too good to be true

I saw the ads on Instagram and thought it s too good to be true but it s true I have service in places I haven t before inside my work building not so much but it s a big concrete building so what do you expect plus they re working on eliminating dead zones But the process was easy too Pro tip If you get stuck on the QR code to activate your eSIM just generate a new QR code I ve already talked to support and they re quick to get with you and help with whatever you need
