Rich is a phenomenal coach His approach to quitting is to provide you with your own homework how to self-evaluate and also give his own feedback Feeling some of the added controls he helps you put into place not only help you in quitting but allow you to do internal reflection and also to add more value Frank has been a fantastic guide through this entire process and even after it is finished I consider him a friend

Not the same man I was

This program has changed my life I never would have thought I would be where I am today Frank has helped me in so many ways I never thought were possible I m excited to get out of bed in the morning and crush my goals never was excited to get out of bed with porn in my life Just how everything is laid out in the program and structured is life-changing Before I joined his program porn and lust owned me It had a hold on me I m 31 years old and have been hooked on porn since I was eleven or twelve years old So this transformation is huge for me thanks to this program I tried all kinds of different things but nothing seemed to work until one day I was on youtube and saw one of his videos pop up I watched it then I saved it I wasn t sure at first so I thought about it for a few days then reached out to him it s been an amazing journey ever since Frank has been a fantastic coach He has been so great for me He truly does care He had answers to all my questions He has given me the tools to walk this out for the rest of my life Try this program out You will not be disappointed

Belief

BeliefThat pretty much was key for me Very early on into the program Frank believed in me I believed in the process and I trusted God my brothers and Frank to do the work On the other side I am a completely rebuilt man As of this review I am 120 days completely sober no pmo of any kind I lost 21 lbs through keto carnivore and at least in my upper body I gained some strength I honestly couldn t recommend the program enough if you believe and do what is asked of you you too can be rebuilt

Rewire Your Brain
