WARNING THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS JUST MONEY
Update 2 what s the point of responding if you literally just respond with the same message you first responded with seems pretty sarcastic and rude to me but yeah Spokane office has already explained to me what s going on with the insurance stuff and my totaled car I had to apply with Lynnwood office for financing for a REPLACEMENT car as I m currently stuck here right now cuz of the accident Lynnwood office not only said they would VERY LIKELY approve financing a second time based off my great history with the office in Spokane and then turned around and denied the first car I tried but when I called to find out why they blamed the dealership I called dealership and they said reliable made the decision to deny not them When I called reliable back they refused to tell me why cut me off and then transferred me to the Spokane office for no reason as Spokane does not finance here and I m currently stuck HERE because my car was totaled and I have too much stuff here to take a bus or plane BACK to Spokane including my daughters service pet so yeah Lynnwood office is horrible Spokane office has been helping me understand what s going on with my totaled car but can t help me with financing for a replacement as I m stuck in Seattle but Lynwood said they would help turned around and denied financing on a car same price as my totaled car was tried to blame the dealership and when that didn t work out refused to give me any answers and transferred me to the Spokane office who can t finance me since I m not in Spokane and now just keep responding with the same exact message Why would I bother calling again When I did I was given the runaround and rudely transferred for no reason after receiving zero answers I m good UPDATE In Response to their response I tried getting answers from the Lynnwood office they refused to explain anything then proceeded to transfer me abruptly to their Spokane office who Was who I financed through prior to the accident which was pointless cuz they can t finance me in Spokane since I m stuck in Seattle right now SO LIKE I SAID they just keep giving me the run around and answering zip My car financed through them was rear ended and totaled 6 mos after I bought it I called them as I was not at fault and they told me they d be likely to finance a replacement well I was denied even though the totaled price plus my gap insurance will pay the loan in full I had also called to let them know about the accident as the dealership I bought it from had said I should so they weren t surprised by it and I m pretty sure they pushed the at faults insurance to total my car instead of repair it now I m stuck in a city where I know no one as I was out of town when this happened and now my car which was temporarily my source of income via delivery apps while I was out of town is gone so me and my 13 year old are now stranded with no way home when I called reliable to ask why I was denied they tried to blame the dealership so I called the dealership I tried getting a replacement from and they said no it was reliable that denied and I was just given the run around RELIABLE CREDIT IS FAR FAR FROM RELIABLE AND WILL NOT HESITATE TO SCREW OVER GREAT CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE ALWAYS PAID ON TIME IN THE END DO NOT FINANCE WITH THEM

Very rude
--- Disappointing Experience with reliable credit I recently had a very disappointing experience with reliable credit that I feel compelled to share After falling behind on my car payments due to unforeseen circumstances I wasnt notified that my vehicle was going to be repossessed While I understand that banks have policies in place to protect their interests the handling of my situation left much to be desired First and foremost communication was lacking I attempted to reach out to customer service multiple times to discuss alternatives but I found it difficult to get clear answers or support It felt as though my concerns were not taken seriously and I was left feeling frustrated and helpless Additionally the repossession process itself was quite distressing I received No notice before my car was taken which compounded the stress of an already challenging financial situation I believe that banks should consider the human aspect of financial difficulties and provide more assistance or options before resorting to such drastic measures While I acknowledge my responsibility in this situation I believe that reliable credit could improve their customer service and communication regarding repossession policies It s essential for banks to show compassion and understanding during tough times In conclusion my experience with reliable credit has been overwhelmingly negative I hope that they take steps to improve their support for customers facing financial hardships in the future

I would give negative stars if I could
I would give negative stars if I could this company does not give a crap about its customers I had a car loan through them paid on time every month almost 400 00 a month then I was rear ended at a red light and my car totaled not only did they not even bother refinancing me they actually refused to for a new car but now they sent the 100 bucks or so that was left on the loan TO COLLECTIONS after less then 2 months of not being able to pay the 20 00 they basically forced me to agree to pay after the loss of my car caused me and MY CHILD to end up homeless in Seattle as my car was my income temporarily as I was between jobs I was doing Uber etc so I was left with zero income and no car to get back home with they got over 9 000 00 from insurance that paid off all but 100 00 of that loan and basically told me I had to pay at least 20 00 a month to keep them from sending that last 100 00 to collections I agreed hoping I d have a job soon but the only shelter me and my daughter could go to as it wasn t full was way out in the middle of no where near in Snohomish near no bus lines so I had no way to find or get to a job and was unable to pay the 20 00 a month they made me agree to I just got a little money from a study I d done before the accident and called to make a payment today come to find out they sent it to collections mind you the agreement was made end of Oct start of Nov so it hasn t even been 2 months these people are predatory and will do anything to squeeze whatever they can out of you they could have just as easily forgiven that last 100 given my situation but no instead they basically said screw you and what happened we do not care not only did we take your ENTIRE damages settlement but you best believe we will squeeze that last dime out of you if we can too and if you don t pay we ll send you to collections and ruin your credit OVER just 150 00 or so too WE DO NOT CARE This is their thanks to a good customer someone who paid on time always and who was put in circumstances not at all my fault Id hate to see what they do to not so good customers DO NOT USE THEM they are predatory and money hungry Also tell your friends family and whoever else NOT TO USE THEM they are trying to DESTROY my credit over 150 00 or so AFTER GETTING OVER 9 GRAND in OCTOBER from insurance they still try to screw ME OVER A good customer And now I m homeless in an unfamiliar city WITH MY CHILD because of this accident I m hoping we get an apartment soon but with them destroying my credit over 150 bucks I m not sure that will happen now I just moved to a shelter closer to town and just got a small local part time job and called today to pay only to find out they decided to destroy my credit by sending me to collections over a measly 150 00 AND AFTER getting over 9 grand in October taking all of the money awarded to me in my damage claim this is what they do TO THEIR GOID CUSTOMERS and now me and my child may end up staying homeless cuz they ruined my credit by sending this to collections UNBELIEVABLE and THOROUGHLY DISGUSTING

I went through a difficult Divorce and
I went through a difficult Divorce and Bankruptcy several years ago I m retired and disabled and my Credit Score went in the Toilet Reliable Credit in Milwaukie Oregon took a chance on Me for an Auto loan Since that first time back in 2010 i think I have purchased seven additional Autos through them They Trusted me when no one else would give me the time of day When I purchased the following vehicles Dealers told me Oh we can get you a better rate but I said no I will stick with the Lender who stuck with me I paid all of my many loans there as agreed I was always treated honestly and with respect I am traveling in Asia now but when I return in September I will once again count on Reliable Sure the rates are high because they take a lot of risks by helping folks like me but hey it s an Auto Loan not a Mortgage I m 76 and Retired so an extra 25 00 per month in interest payment to deal with an Honest Lender like Reliable is more than Worth It To Me Michael Clark
