I had shoulder pain and josh did a quick shoulder massage My neck feels much better Thank you very much

I saw Josh for a sports massage and my legs were very tight I feel amazing now he even told me good exercises to do to ensure My legs don t get too tight I will definitely be back

I ve been having back issues for a while and have seen many different physios and chiropractors but a big issues at the minute is price and availability Recover pro are amazingly priced affordable and do amazing work my back feels flexible and free of pain Brilliant work would highly recommend

Shoulder issue

Came in with an issue that was likely to be joint related so wasn t sure how much I could be helped But found an issue in my shoulder and helped relieve some other tension

Josh knew what he was doing and helped massively with my knee He also went the extra mile by offering help whenever if I drop a message He was also easy to talk to and helpful throughout sessions
