Based on my experience I do not believe this is a legitimate recruitment agency They did not help get me a job instead they tried to convince me to sign up for a 358 online course When I did not sign up for the course I never heard back from them Here is my experience with Recruitment Central They called me up and said they found my CV on Reed and I was told to look on their website and look at the jobs available I identified a role I was interested in and a few days later I had a screening call with them - they told me that I was an excellent candidate but would need to strengthen my application with some official certifications in finance They told me to go sign up for the Introduction to UK Financial Regulation Professional Integrity course at cifa ac which costs 358 and then I could add this certification to my CV and they would submit my application to the job I was interested in I was suspicious so I searched the name of this specific course on Reddit and discovered that other people had the same experience with Recruitment Central - apparently there are also other fake recruitment companies all running this same scam to try to sell people expensive courses from CIFA Another one of these companies is City Jobs UK - their website has the same jobs as Recruitment Central these exact same jobs have been there for months Another is Recruit Direct - the reviewers on Trustpilot all had the same experience as I did with Recruitment Central Needless to say I did not sign up for the course and I never heard from Recruitment Central again Some more evidence they are not legit - The recruiter wasn t able to tell me the name of the company that was hiring for the position They made up some excuse about privacy but I don t see how it would be a problem for me to know the name of the company I am applying to work at - They have essentially no presence on LinkedIn I couldn t even find the two recruiters I was in contact with Surely a recruitment company would have some kind of presence on LinkedIn or at the very least their recruiters would have profiles - All the reviews on Trustpilot are clearly fake They are all 5 stars they are all written in the same way and they are all from accounts with obviously fake names and no other reviews

This is a SCAM They are trying to sell courses and making fake interviews They have almost no linkedin presence I could not find the person that emailed me on linkedin either

This company does not seem to be a real organisation in my opinion No one is ever available when you call They will postpone and never be able to direct you straight away to whom you want to speak with Also they have very weak online presence and a copy n paste website Non of the recruiters that email you have linkedin which is strange for recruitment in the UKAlso they are technically not even Recruitment Central Ltd they are called A-Z TOTAL SOLUTIONS LTD and use recruit central to hide Massive misrepresentation in my opinion

Massive ScamKayden the illusive recruiter has zero online presence odd for a recruiter don t you think They tried to manipulate me and friends of mine into buying a course that would make me the best candidate for the job Please don t use them or pay for the course

I had a decent experience with Recruitment Central Ltd The process took longer than I hoped but the advisors were helpful and professional It wasn t the most efficient service which is why I m giving two stars but I did eventually find a role that suits me I d still recommend them just be prepared for a bit of a wait

My experience with Recruitment Central Ltd was average While the team was polite and eventually found me a job I didn t feel like they went above and beyond The process took longer than expected and I had to chase up for updates a few times It s an okay service but I ve had better experiences elsewhere

I would of give 5 stars but is was a task to deal with customer service but overall great careers advice from my advisor i m very hopeful about the position

The whole process was smooth and stress-free From the initial consultation to securing a job offer everything was handled professionally and I felt supported the entire time

I had a really positive experience The team was knowledgeable approachable and genuinely invested in helping me find the right opportunity I couldn t be more pleased with the service
