Beth was very attentive and professional She was very passionate about her job which was nice to see and very apparent in her approach The course was delivered in such a way I found it easy to retain all the information I now feel confident to be of assistance if I was to find myself in a situation where I had to deliver first aid in or out of the workplace thanks again Beth 5 stars
