I really love Remitly The use of the service is very easy The money is transferred way before their estimated time It s a little more expensive than MoneyGram who many times would send an email informing that the money is available however would take a day or two for my receiver to receive the funds This has never happened with Remitly they deliver when they say they will They also make it very easy to correct a mistake made If you want to change the receiver s name it s a simple fix online If you want to change the receiver s bank it s an easy fix Remitly makes sure you have the ability to make any reasonable changes I will never use MoneyGram or Western Union again

I used your service for transferring money already 4 times only once I had some delays because of the bank and some legal requirements The customer service was agile and personalized Extremely friendly and concerned for the success of my transaction Since I live in Germany for many years my experience here in Germany with customer service is to say it politely very poor so to have a company that cares and actively looks for solutions is a great plus for me The other 3 timesI sent money the process what fast and agile as offered

I had to find a new international money transfer company this year and start using Remitly in May 2023 I usually do at least one transfer a month and each transaction has been seamless and the app is excellent Had to call the Customer Service hotline recently to resolve a problem and Niem was so professional and helpful Excellent service provider 10 10 and the exchange rate and fee is also much better than my bank charge

I have been sending big chunks of money overseas for many years Today I used Remitly for the very first time after having bad experiences with World Remit that caused me to stop using them for good I cannot believe how good Remitly seems to be compared to WR It was such an easy process and there are so many choices for remittance companies at the other end too Maybe it is premature for me to leave feedback as my first transaction hasn t even been collected yet However my initial experience tells me that this is a very good company and I will potentially be using them indefinitely I wish I had found this company a long time ago It would have saved me a lot of hassle
