Not happy all my credits have

Not happy all my credits have disappeared I had over 200 left Now I m reading your company does this if you stop subscription I d paid for them therefore should still be able to use them I was planning to reinstate subscription once I d used all the ones I had left I m really not happy this is THEFT After being a loyal customer for quite some time I simply wanted to use up the 200 credits I d built up

Complete joke

Complete joke they advertise to work with connector software to easily remove backgrounds of images in seconds however ruined all my photos After ruining all my websites photos they then told me what I wanted to do wasn t possible But continued to charge me and I was initially told I d need a big plan due to the amount of images I wanted to remove backgrounds from Proceeded to take money for several months and upon requesting cancellation told me I d lose all credits even though they advertise them as cumulative and I had paid for them Was charged hundreds of dollars for something I didn t and couldnt even use Whilst the concept is great the companies approach to resolving issues is dismal and the way they advertise to do all of these things they in fact don t is misleading But most of all taking peoples money for absolutely no service is unacceptable

Borderline scam super lousy customer services

Borderline scammers Purchased their 40 credits month plan to try it out In the FAQ section on theit prices plans page it states that preview low resolution images are free on remove bg but cost money via API Says nothing about their own native app which I downloaded in order to bulk upload a bunch of images I wanted to preview as the remove bg site doesn t allow for bulk Halfway through the job the app tells me i have used all my 40 credits even though I ticked off the preview option Turns out their own app runs on API thus making even review images cost money I stated that i don t think it s fair clients should guess themselves wether the app is running on the free preview service as the website offers or the paid API that you normally would use as a developer They gave a flyin F for that It s not even about the money - 9 is peanuts in the end It s just the principle of misinforming people and afterwards run from responsibility On behalf of a couple of bucks they chose to be unfair stay silent lose a potential future client and get bad reviews on Trustpilot Talking about poor business choices My god Thank you for nothing

They TOTALLY LACK ACCOUNTABILITY Been a subscriber HERE for very long time This month I have wallet and cards stolen requiring replacement at the same time I guess they tried to process my monthly fee Rather than send an email notifying me there was an issue they wiped out all my credits and refuse to fix the very problem they created THIS is what is called Customer Service They cannot fix an issue they CREATED They just simply don t give a crap about THEIR CUSTOMERS PERIOD AND THE CANNOT BE TRUSTED TO DO THE RIGHT THING 10 20 2022 - I stand by my complaint The ONLY email received was sorry to see you go message which they dial to see as inappropriate manner in which to treat long time customers

I m disappointed I paid during 2 months and they said the credits were cumulatives If I didn t spend then in a month Suddenly they cancelled my subscription because I didn t pay for 1 month and I lost the credits I won t use this tool again it s a shame

Refused to roll over credits claiming

Refused to roll over credits claiming customers would take advantage by using what they paid for When asked to cancel the account and change my credits to PAYG or they cancel anything you paid for reduced my credits from 240 down to 80 Poor customer service do not value their customers As a customer of 2 years my custom was not valued at all Am now using a service that is 8x cheaper and works equally as good

BEWARE before buying

BEWARE before buying Subscription credits are valid with an active subscription only If you cancel you will be able to use them until your next billing date later they will be invalidated TOTALLY UNFAIR I payed 39 to get 200 credits and I had to cancel my subscription as I wasn t using all of them and the credits left are no longer on my account anymore 39 wasted

Just pretty disappointing

Just pretty disappointing Bought the cheapest package thought this is decent then bought another one on top then within like 3 images of buying the extra one I realised it honestly just wasn t really doing it for me and I placed a refund All within the span of the same night However I couldn t receive a refund because I had bought two packages not one Would it have been better if I had bought the most expensive package and then asked for a refund I get that rules like that are understandably there to protect companies but I think a little nuance now and then would be nice

Their system is confusing

Their system is confusing and I ended up losing about 28 credit before I realized my settings were not saved all images was done with the incorrect background I contacted support and they have been having to jump through hoops to try and get my 28 credits back At last I told them ill just pay for this and write this review TERRIBLE SUPPORT
