Dress Order Cancelled But RTR Was Extremely Helpful
Dress rental was cancelled only three days my the event due to a previous renter damaging the item I felt supported by the customer service team and grateful that they were able to offer support to make sure I had a great experience

I have enjoyed RTR for over a year now
I have enjoyed RTR for over a year now I love the 5 a month plan and that works well for me On special occasions I will do a rental to ensure the dress RTR is fabulous to work w and the Concierge service is impeccable
