This company is a scam they have sent me a little regarding a fake debt that I know nothing about about I have never been a Halifax customer and I ve never taken any loans from them They send you letters without email address or official address because these kind of companies tries to extract your information forcefully when you call them If they have any contract or any information of any debts I took with Halifax they should submit it here so all can see as they claim they sent such information by post that has never arrived If they don t stop harrowing me and trying to tarnish my credit then I will be suing your company CROOKS

I recently had a vsit from these clowns and i knew they were sketchy the second i opened the door and they were recording me and demanding my personal information without telling me anything about why they had turned up The system allegedly allows these jokers to use twisted loopholes to scam money from innocent people They try to claim and collect expired and or non-existent debts that are more than 6 years old statutory banned i e- no longer owed or active These corrupt parasites with their sidekick partners have got a nice little scam business going on where they are trying to cash in on all these non existent non owed debts DONT have anything to do with these cowboys Tell them nothing and send them on their way Dont give these corrupt scammers ANYTHING especially any of your personal details because that s how they try and get you on an implied agreement which they hope will reactivate the spent debt Remove all of their implied rights of access to you and your property and serve them a cease and desist notice to cease all communication with you and your address The bottom line is that these scammers are nothing but pathetic clowns so treat them as such Just because something is done legally it doesn t mean that it can t be a scam Most scams are done using legal loopholes and deception This company can legally ask you to set up a payment plan to pay for a debt that you don t owe but they can t legally enforce it or make you pay it neither can they harass you They are preying on people just being vulnerable and willingly agreeing to set up a payment plan with them and that is the scam right there all done legally Laugh at them and send them on their way

Got an email from these absolute rodents claiming I owed 875 for a Halifax debt I knew this was impossible as I haven t had a Halifax account for over 20 years The email said I was booked in for a house visit so I contacted them and explained there can t be a debt to Halifax and if there was it would be status barred as it would be over 20 years old Got an email back a few days later saying that the account had been passed back to the lender and they are no longer dealing with it This company is very clearly chasing that you will set up a payment plan with them for ancient debts that are no longer enforceable Do Not be scarred by there house call visit text and challenge them for moreInformation If they came to my house I would set the dogs on them

Yet another company who thinks people are naive and stupid you can t contact them they don t understand English and they think people are obliged to pay them because they send a letter saying you owe money and are dealing on behalf of some other scumbag company Most of these vermin in my opinion are barely legal Do not pay them anything if anything contact the original creditor they have the authority to recall any outstanding debts and deal with them It s about time the FCA and this industry we re fully investigated Study bill of sales act record all correspondence and only ever write using recorded delivery DO NOT GIVE COMPANIES LIKE THIS YOUR DETAILS OR ADMIT TO ANY DEBT Inform them to contact you in writing only remove all implied rights of access to your property for them and anyone representing them Put up no trespass signs and if possible use cctv If they come to your door after that record them and take them to court

Resolve scammers A women came today asking to speak to a certain person Explained i m not inclined to say as there are a lot scammers about trying to get money They were very persistent and carried on asking for this individual they dropped a letter to this person on my property even though I asked them not to and pick it back up and take with them They ignored me and walked off As there been known people in my area being told they have owe debt previously by cold callers when they don t I dropped in that there s no outstanding debt at this household and cease and desist Reading up on them they buy debts that over 6 years old These would be statuary barred lucky for me I have access to legal team Bit others are not so lucky
