No refunds

Been using this service for about a year now I do the seven days trial for 8 dollars when I want to update my resume This time I forgot to cancel my subscription so I won t be charged the staggering 25 dollars a month for resume services I contacted them the minute I got the notification that I was charged but of course they can t issue the refund I know it says that it will automatically charge me for the outrageous 25 dollars a month for resume services Do you think I can t read or something All I m saying is that I forgot to cancel the subscription and simply asking for the 25 dollars that were taken from me I didn t even use the services after I got charged Is that too much to ask Edit I just found out that they charged me on 2 separate cards that s literally fraud good luck getting reported to the Government

Multiple charges

I used Resume io back in Sept for what i thought was a one time charge for 1 resume I was happy with the service and product Much to my surprise however my credit card has been charged in Oct Nov and now December They do not highlight repeat charges on their website So i have been charge for 4 months for 1 resume What i thought was a reasonable price for a resume has now turned into 4X the cost Very Sneaky and shady

I paid for the trial period downloaded the cv on time but didn t receive the expert review i was entitled to reached their customer service multiple times but unfortunately couldn t solve the issue

WARNING Scam company

Scam company DON T use this website It s almost impossible to quit subscription They managed to trick me and I payed for monthly subscription even though it said it was free Then I tried to cancel it and they had made it almost impossible I clicked cancel 5 times or more and they had put pop ups with discounts and offers instead of just letting me cancel it And they make you think you cancelled it and put a small grey button at the bottom saying to continue wirh cancellation

Fake and Scammers BEWARE

I paid 3 for the trial and forgot to cancel it and immediately 25 have been deducted on 27th December and my premium subscription period is till Jan 24th And on January 3rd 25 have been deducted again Not able to remove my card details and also no way you can see your billing details in my account section This site is pure scam and no response from their support team yet Don t go for this site and their services

I Yuriy Zahreva recently initiated a subscription Following this I terminated my subscription and erased my credit card details from the system To my surprise I found a charge of 24 95 on my credit card today which I did not authorize This charge seems inconsistent with my decision to end the subscription causing alarm I respectfully request a refund of this incorrect charge and ask that the amount be promptly reinstated to my account
