UPDATE - After couple e-mail conversation with Resume io Team my fee was refunded Thank you Misleading Membership Fee and Lack of Customer ServiceI made my payment by selecting a 7-day payment plan However I was not informed that I would be charged on a monthly basis if I didn t cancel within the specified period When I noticed this issue I immediately contacted your customer service to clarify Unfortunately I did not receive any assistance regarding this matter The customer representative mentioned that a refund would not be provided and that the membership fee cannot be canceled And you have to cancel after 7 days However not being informed about such a warning among the options during the purchase process has been quite disappointing I believe I was not adequately informed on this matter and have been subject to a misleading fee system Therefore I request the cancellation of my transaction a refund of the paid fee and a commitment to informing future customers more transparently about such circumstances
