The company charged me for a 7 days trial However post 7 days they billed me an atrocious price for a monthly billing without even informing me When I asked them for a cancellation they said that I could cancel the subscription but my money paid by me will not be refunded The resume builder has outdated formats and hence any payment to the company for same is not advisable in my opinion

Taking money without obvious notice
I purchased a trial for 7 days The payment form said Total Due Today - at that moment I understood that something else was going to be credited so I thoroughly checked the website if I would be getting automatically charged for something I did not want to buy The trial ended and I was charged 25 USD for a monthly subscription that I did not wish to proceed with at all I never saw the price that I would have to pay I requested a refund and after 17 hours I got a response from their team saying that they cannot issue me my refund The whole experience was ruined On top of that the free professional cv review is a scam because my cv was reviewed twice by different people and they provided the same responses even though my score was 100 - pure bs do not recommend it better use docs and chatgpt

I canceled my subscription months ago with confirmation email and can confirm my account is on the free plan and have been taking the money out of my account every month since please fix so I can share my review on other parts of the website and my experience using it

DON T USE this website BE CAREFUL Don t use this website It s the most fraudulent site I ve ever encountered I used it solely for my important work creating my CV as I trusted this website Although I could create a CV for free on various sites like Canva I chose this one after reading feedback believing it was better suited for my needs than others On December 17 2023 I created my CV and paid 3 11 Rs 999 33 without purchasing any monthly package However a few days later on December 24 2023 this website charged my card 26 16 Rs 8417 08 without my consent Do not add your payment details to this site do not use it and do not recommend it to anyone

Been using this service for about a year now I do the seven days trial for 8 dollars when I want to update my resume This time I forgot to cancel my subscription so I won t be charged the staggering 25 dollars a month for resume services I contacted them the minute I got the notification that I was charged but of course they can t issue the refund I know it says that it will automatically charge me for the outrageous 25 dollars a month for resume services Do you think I can t read or something All I m saying is that I forgot to cancel the subscription and simply asking for the 25 dollars that were taken from me I didn t even use the services after I got charged Is that too much to ask Edit I just found out that they charged me on 2 separate cards that s literally fraud good luck getting reported to the Government
