I am a client for 8 years now in two hotel of a company that manages reputation I am requesting a meeting with the head of costumer service for two months and the only reply I get is that is not available as the tool is not giving solutions to our challenges and would like to discuss next steps What type of company that helps to manage te reputation doesn t care to hear a client and denies a meeting for 75 days now

Constantly hassling me by sending me daily emails to review a hotel I stayed at On receiving the first email i was going to leave a review However after being continually spammed I will not now since the hotel has used an stupidcompany like reviewpro Customers do not want to be spammed continually
