Bought two of their 1800w bikes for my children aged 10 13 These bike are well made and the service from them was great The bikes arrived on a pallet within 2 days One of the bikes was missing a bolt for the suspension but this was reqtified without any fuss - the bolt was sent via next day courier Could not have been happier with the service and the bikes
