Wait time needs fixing updating Otherwise I love this site

It takes to long wouldn t recommend it but still good for prices and support and make it faster

Delivery time

Wait took a very long time My first order took less then 24 hours and this one took WAYYYYYY longer then the longest average waittime advertiesed 3 days Plus I ordered 6-7 items on my first and only 2 on this recent one I ll still continue using the website but i feel either they need to change the 24 hours 3days to longer waittimes or try to get all orders done in the time frame advertised on the order status page I do understand it was because of the new season 3 update was the reason for the massive slowdown but i still think it would be a good idea to do eother of the following 2 suggestions Not disappointed at all just think that needs to be fixed I placed 2 more orders after my 1st 2 and probably will still continue with orders on RL EXCHANGE and big plus for the helpful support team with quick replies and responces

This took 4 days to get to me

My orders haven t arrived yet I m worried because they said it would arrive in 24 hours my chat balloon isn t showing up and I m very confused and stressed

This took 4 days to get to me I didn t like that it took too long also the agents need to at least know what time i am getting my items but overall the agents are very nice

Waiting

It took 72 hours after saying it would only take 24 Even after they said it was finished processing they took 4 hours to even invite me to a party The only good thing i can say is that they had the items

slow and inconvenient

Once purchase and payment were completed I received an email stating my purchase was ready to be collected First problem came shortly after I was told even though my items were ready that I had to wait 8 hours for the employees to return to work So the next day after work I try again Well now I m told who I will be trading with and once I add them and send the invite I have to wait over an half hour before the person finally joined the party LASTLY I was never told when you purchase credits they can not be gifted You have to trade an item for these credits So I paid money and have to give an item from my collection Make this more clear to your customers Not happy with this experience on this site

Late Items

It took 5 days to finally get my item I did not know when the agent would be online so I had to keep stepping away from my work desk to check if the agent was online I missed the agent a few times Finally when I caught the agent online it took about 40 minutes to get the agent into my party and to do the trade

Used RL Exchange once and never again

Promised to get me my items in 3 days took them 4 It s their policy for at most 3 days for pc Edit to the RL Exchange team The order was delayed by two full days not one I believe the review was fair but i ll give two stars due to your support staff being professional and helpful I understand that you had an issue with your delivery servers but the consumer has a right to believe what they would like Props to your support team

Service was okay just unfortunately spent 2 hours waiting for the user to join and he never did

Used RL Exchange once and never again I bought some items for my account and I thought the latest it would take to prepare the item would be a few hours I waited and waited and hours turned to days I was surprised because the people advertising rl exchange were saying that they had the fastest delivery this is not amazon
