Poor communication is my biggest pet peeve but I also understand I m not the best loan business dev guy out there all I know is they ve closed deals I didn t even know I had and paid me on them without much guidance from meI ve also had occasional leads I have to follow up and revive I haven t heard from any customer about the Lon terms and I don t get to see what s the interest rates I m offering or anything but for what I do for them they take care of me and that I am grateful for
