Warranty is worthless

Bought an ex mobility van off them recently The buying process was fine but the after care was atrocious My mechanic checked the van over and noticed it needed both front wishbones replaced along with front pads and discs and potentially calipers too When I asked about covering under warranty Josh adopted an aggressive tone from the off and eventually hung up the phone he didn t want to discuss honouring the warranty at all Everything was wear and tear even though I d only had the van for 27 days 16 of which the van was not being used at all until getting insurance etc sorted out Since the original van price seemed a good deal I had planned to recommend friends and colleagues to this dealer but having experienced the after care I would recommend avoiding buying from here if you can Their business plan is sell fast and wash their hands off any problems that arise
