The transfers and activities were spot on we didn t really encounter any issues when it came to those things and everything was communicated properly I will definitely recommend going with Rooh travels going forwards and advise a similar style of trip to those who are interested in changing hotels and experiencing different weather and scenery

Alhamdulillah we couldn t of asked for a better experience with Rooh Travels Right from the start of booking our holiday to the Maldives to arriving back in the UK Rooh Travels delivered an excellent service We were looking to book our first halal holiday in the Maldives and didn t know where to start So many Islands so many villas so many questions Rooh Travels definitely made this easy for us by creating a tailored package and answering all of our questions Everything was explained clearly to us including the covid regulations They even checked up on us before departure and after arrival to make sure we were OK We definitely recommend using Rooh Travels and are already thinking of our next holiday through them in sha Allah May Allah subhanahu wa ta ala bless Rooh Travels

Is it too soon to book again

This review could easily turn into a long essay with everything that we have to say about Rooh Travel After doing our own initial research we realised that booking with a travel agency would be the best option We spoke to a couple of other travel agencies and found them to either be too pushy for us to book or not very enthusiastic We were recommended Rooh Travel by family who although they liked what there was to offer were apprehensive about booking with a smaller company Let me tell you making the decision to go with Rooh Travel was the best thing we did so much so that before we even returned to the UK we had already discussed booking again with them in the future From the moment we contacted Rooh Travel all the way up to the end of our trip we found Walid to be extremely helpful quick with his responses honest and informative After talking through our expectations from the holiday we were provided with a personalised document which detailed the different resort options as well as the proposed flights In addition to this Walid was also happy to answer all the questions that I had especially those that concerned travelling with our 1-year-old daughter Unfortunately our flight was cancelled last minute and had to be rescheduled to the following day We contacted Walid and he made sure to inform the appropriate people to rearrange our sea plane transfer as well as updating the hotel Furthermore upon arrival at our resort we were given the wrong room and although the problem was quickly rectified Walid made sure to check in and make sure everything was okay Not only this but our time at Male airport was made even smoother with the help of Hummingbird Travel If it wasn t for the flight cancellation and the problems we encountered with the airline it would have been the least stressful holiday we have ever planned Oh and with the best prices too
