Roomrs was great to work with My position got moved to NYC the week before I was to start work Roomrs worked to get me an excellent location The room was furnished nicely and had everything that I needed The bi-monthly cleaning of the common areas was the cherry on top

Roomrs ensured a smooth transition to NYC I moved into one of their Williamsburg units to ease into my new life in NYC without the pressures of finding purchasing furniture other moving necessities I work remotely and my room was spacious and comfortable enough to work from Considering where I lived the amenities I had access to the rent was very reasonably priced My building s superintendent -- Jimmy was responsive helpful and truly provided the southern hospitality I needed I would recommend Roomrs to anyone planning a temporary move or even long-term if you don t mind living with strangers to the greatest city on Earth

Everything was great

Everything was great I found my apartment and signed the lease within a week The arrival follow-up is top notch the agency really listens to you if you have any problems My room was on 117th in Harlem and it was great The apartments are in good condition and personally I was in a shared apartment with two other young people Great accommodation in a great city like New York I d recommend it

Roomrs was extremely responsive and answered all my questions in a timely manner The apartment they provided was in great condition and cleaned on a regular basis Overall I d recommend the service for people just moving to the city and looking to find a room quickly

Roomrs was super impactful to my move to New York City At the very last minute I was looking for places to stay and Roomrs was that open door for me Getting started and all moved in with Rommrs was super easy and the customer service was on point and very responsive and met the needs of everyone I would recommend Roomrs to anyone looking for short or long term stay I enjoyed my time with Roomrs and will most definitely stay with them again

I just finished a short stay with Roomrs and loved it They were super helpful in being accommodating and preparing me for my stay Even after I moved in they continued to be helpful and provide great service I would totally recommend them to others looking for housing on short notice and I myself would be happy to house with them again

Great experience

I lived in a Roomrs apartment for 3 months after I had to move to New York on short notice I lived in a 3 bedroom apartment in East Harlem The process to view the apartment and sign the lease was extremely fast and hassle-free especially since I had to view and sign the apartment remotely The leasing team was flexible with my timings and dates The apartment and my room were fully furnished with regular cleaning of public spaces and bathrooms Access to the building and apartment are controlled via the Latch app Move-in and move-out are smooth since no physical keys are required Customer service is extremely responsive to any queries you might have Overall I had a good experience and highly recommend Roomrs for both long-term and short-term housing needs
