First time using Roomrs and it was a really good experience The building was in a convenient location the room was furnished clean and looked like the pictures and the whole process was quick and painless Would definitely do it again for a short term rental in NYC

I really loved my stay with Roomr It made my stay in NYC so easy the process is really convenient The rooms are well furnished and the customer service was great really helpful I really do recommend Roomr especially for international students like me who struggle to find a nice place to live

Roomrs made my move to NYC very easy and smooth I was able to have a room ready for me to occupy since many days before my arrival When I arrived everything was ready to just settle in the city and live the furniture the common areas etc Besides all the renting process was very easy and clear at all stages Roomrs staff was always available to answer any question that I could have and they would always answer my emails with good information The overall experience was very good

Highly recommended

As an international person needing temporary accommodation in New York I needed a place to live that was furnished affordable and reliable Roomrs provides this and much more My apartment had a beautiful living room with a kitchen and a fully furnished bedroom with everything you needed It made me feel closer to home In addition they have an excellent customer service team and all the facilities for international people Highly recommended

Great Housing Company

Comparing to other housing sublet companies I had the best experiences with Roomrs The moving in process was quick and easy customer service is quick to respond and amenities in my apartment were fully equipped And I think I had the best of luck with my roommates They were such delightful people Roomrs would also notice you a couple of days in advance about your new housemates so you will have time to get ready for new person coming in I only stayed here for 3 months while waiting for my long term apartment but I definitely fell in love with this place

I had the best experience with Roomrs I needed an apartment last minute and Roomrs helped me move in within a day The apartment was clean and looked exactly like the pictures the staff was helpful and responsive and I made some amazing friendships during my time there I couldn t recommend Roomrs enough

As an French young working woman who came for just a few months I could not have found a better place to live The building the room and the furnitures were just perfect and it has been incredibly easy to just move from another country

I was so impressed and grateful for the excellent service I received at Roomrs Before I moved to NY one of their staff held a zoom call with me reviewed the contract face to face and answered all my questions When I arrived the room looked EXACTLY like the photos - furnished and clean Throughout my stay the support staff were excellent at communication Overall this is a very trustworthy and reliable organisation Thank you for making my time in NY stress free

This was my second time staying at a Roomrs apartment My favorite part is how responsive and helpful they were to answer all my questions in a timely manner I had great roommates and our apartment was nice so that was great I would recommend Roomrs to anyone who has just moved to NY or is looking for a short term stay Definitely the more affordable and convenient option Plus you can t beat laundry and dishwasher in unit Random but the laundry machine is also really good quality compared to others in NYC
