DISHONEST COMPANY
When I started my account I asked for 50mbps uncapped for R725 RSAWEB decided to push it up to 100mbps uncapped and charge me R875 without asking me They just let me know that s my new package so after I discussed this with them they changed it back If I ask for 50mbps uncapped then it MUST remain 50mbps uncapped until the day I decide to change it You don t just go change it for me If this ever happens again I am leaving RSAWEB You now pushed me up AGAIN to 75mbps uncapped and charging me R822 I never asked to be changed So please immediately change it back to 50mbps uncapped and refund me the difference and change my price to R769 as agreed My price went up to R769 on 1 December 2023 3 Months later you pushed it up to R822 and changed the speed without my consent for the SECOND TIME I will be posting this on Hello Peter as well so that people can see how dishonest RSAWEB is Refund me and change my package to what it used to be and make sure this never happens again You are wasting my time to write these emails

Terrible system
Their self service system is horrendous it s almost impossible to get a invoice without sending support an email You also can t go online and upgrade or downgrade your package These are basic features other ISP s have that RSAweb can t provide

Impossible to cancel my account
Impossible to cancel my account I left the country 8 months ago and have been trying to cancel this account for months Email responses are just your email has been redirected to the correct department over and over again Online forms just show error messages Terrible service Stay away

Disappointed is an understatement
My service was suspended without any notification- I enquire about the suspension and no one could provide me with answers from RSAWeb I also noticed that I paid in advance I was promised that this would be rectified but still no feedback from RSA web no explanation I consistently followed up but I am left with empty promises and service that was cancelled without my knowledge or permission not forgetting advance payments for a service that was cancelled mysteriously After calling again today the latest feedback is miscommunication between accounts department and some other department I can t believe I actually recommended RSAWEB to allot of people

No service after 5pm
No service after 5pm If you have a problem after 5 you have to wait until the next morning for them to open to address your issue Pathetic This is 2024 Who can live without a trustworthy internet connection

1st world technology 3rd world technicians and service
RSAWEB what an incredible hogwash company that is We cancelled their services and of course were committed to the 30 days cancellation windows After a week a courier was at the gate collecting the router hold on we have the right for still 30 days internet service Not that RSAWEB cares they shut us down which is already breach of contract We were also told in writing the VOIP phone line would be transferred to the new provider WIRULINK RSAWEB did not do so and now they claim they cannot find the number they simple cancelled our business number First of all the reason why leaving RSAWEB is a company becoming to big too fast and they have automated systems rather than personal client contact Not only I lodged a complaint to the Ombudsman we will see them in court 1st world technology 3rd world RSAWEB technicians Reason why we left our internet started cutting off on a regular basis in November last year their own technicians after demanding one as they said there is no problems said there is something wrong Miraculously the problem was solved still claiming nothing was wrong things went well and end of January 2024 back to the same issues as in November 2023 Same line no issues at all with WIRULINK which actually has people talking to you rather than automated system that don t work in the first place

Absolutely a nightmare with wrsaweb I
Absolutely a nightmare with wrsaweb I have canceled my account with them 6 months ago followed all the cancelation procedures the courier guy came to collect their modem however they still invoiceing me every month debiting my account I have no outsinding amount with them I made sure to pay up everything because I knew this incompetent stuff can t do their job properly wrsaweb continues to try to steal and rob their customers never had such a bed experience with any the company
