I recently made a good size order I m located in Canada and one of my items was missing when I received my order Customer service was fantastic and had my missing item on the way before we were even off the phone SA is great service with great products

So I made a little mistake and accidently put the wrong shipping address in yesterday when I ordered a black digi camo vehicle antenna for my truck All I had to do was go to the SA Company website and contact their customer service through their chat-box on the site A customer service representative responded promptly and was able to rectify my error so now my order will be shipped to the correct address I love all of their products they re very well made and are great if you are a patriot who loves the outdoors

SA Goes Above and Beyone

My fiancee and I recently purchased the silicone rings and a set of sleeves for myself to wear when fishing As a courtesy SA offered two free sleeves with our order When we received everything we were impressed with the quality of the bands storage box and sleeves However the free sleeves that were included were much smaller in size and neither of us could use them I sent SA an electronic message on Memorial Day with a suggestion for future orders to include same size items when giving away freebies I received a response within minutes thanking me for my feedback Although it wasn t necessary they insisted on sending me another set of sleeves which was greatly appreciated I have ordered from this company in the past and have always been pleased with them SA went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer and I will continue to use them in the future
