YOU WILL NOT GET PAID
I wish I could give 0 stars I am still waiting to get paid from a focus group I did on Sept 4 I have left countless emails and phone calls with no response You can never reach a live person no matter which phone number you call which is absolutely ridiculous I have already reported them to the BBB and I have left them a negative review on google NO ONE should have to go through all these changes to get paid I am literally contacting them on a daily basis Several people in their google reviews are threatening class action lawsuits I hope it happens because they should not be able to get away with treating people this way I take this as a learning experience No longer will I do focus groups with Sago EVER again Totally unreliable unprofessional unethical and just plain fraudulent

I agree with the other reviews
I agree with the other reviews I ve been waiting for almost a month for my payment I put it in quotes because they no longer pay you they just give you a choice of virtual credits cards I chose the visa so I could at least use it to buy groceries online but it s been processing for almost 3 weeks now How long can it take to process a virtual payment Customer services is not helpful

My teenage son participated in a study in July of this year 2024 they have not paid him and claims he didn t participate in study I was sitting right nxt to him during the whole study Refuse to pay incentive for 1 5 of our timeNever experienced this with schlesinger in the past but since it became Sago it s terrible Plus they make you wait a whole month to receive incentives

Use to be one of the best
Sago I believe came out of Schlesinger I always enjoyed doing focus groups with them Then they expanded and started buying up the competition Now they are Sago The problem is not the amount they pay you that s always competitive with the market research world it s the length of time before you get paid Sago has become the most ridiculous of ANY company I have ever done a focus group with They have like so many other companies adopted the digital wallet form of paying us I don t care for it but it works However in Sago s case you might have to wait SIX WEEKS before you are compensated That is total BS for a digital payment I sent their support an email inquiring about my compensation This was their response Sago is currently facing significant delays in the incentive processing workflow and we appreciate your patience and understanding during this challenging time Despite our best efforts there is a possibility that we may not be able to meet our standard commitment of processing your redeemed points Please allow up to 20 business days for processing during high volume periods Please allow an additional 7-10 business days if a physical card is selected All other reward choices will be delivered by email Once again we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and we appreciate your continued support and understanding Sago will keep you updated on the progress and sincerely hope to return to our standard processing times soon One Star is all they get

Getting paid is a battle
This company takes far too long to pay Every time I am due to get paid I have to file a complaint against them and get nothing but excuses Asking someone to wait approximately 6 weeks to get paid is absurd and then to have to fight them at payout time is absolutely unethical and insulting

Absolutely ridiculous
Absolutely ridiculous I think they hope people will just give up with continuous requests to get paid After multiple requests I threatened to go to BBB I got a code to activate my incentive but then got an error message that unusual activity has been noted and account frozen Never ever have I experienced this in all the years I have been doing surveys I won t give up

Use to be great Would pay timely for participating in studies but now it takes months to get paid I reached out to support for status on Payment and got no response The use your time but do not pay Use them with caution

I think Sago is a scam company
I did dozens of studies with Schlesinger Group over the years and they were professional and payment was reliably prompt Since Sago took over they are saying due to high volume there is a delay - so far I have been waiting over six weeks for payment of over 3 hundred dollars I gave them my time and I m certain they got paid for the study - what is their excuse Will I EVER be paid Other focus groups pay within 2 weeks max Beginning to assume this is a fraudulent company

Do it only if you can wait between a month or 2 for payment
Hi One spends time one choose the type of payment and it takes between a month or two to get the compensation This is the standard email one gets from them Since January 2024 for all redemption requests please note that processing will takes up to 20 business days excluding weekends and public holidays from the date of the redemption request during high volume periods which we are currently experiencing Once processing is complete please allow an additional 7-10 business days if a physical card is selected Thanks It s ridiculous They take too long and the customer service is plain bad

SCAM AVOID
SCAMCompleted several studies through avatar feedback community which is organised by this company No payments received just constant excuses on why they can t pay us yet Payments currently delayed by 2 months and counting More than happy to send more studies out to complete though
