BUYERS BEWARE Scam site where they refuse refunds for watches they do not supply

Paid for watch then it was never supplied and I couldn t get them to refund my money HUGE hassles having to contact my bank and go through all sorts of annoying processes to get the payment reversed Really rude and dismissive emails from Sakura Watches They do not stock watches just order them in if they can after you pay BUYERS BEWARE

Dependable but long mailing time

They are dependable and I have purchased 3 watches from them The price is always good Just be aware of the import tax if the price is over 800 DHL charges a high service fee for handling the tax which basically doubles it My only complaint is the very long mailing time Sakura take 3 to 5 days to send a watch out Emails are not answered either

Ordered a Citizen JDM Watch worth a few months ago about 300 - I remember at the time they had it on a slight discount which was good Before I bought it I emailed their customer service team to inquire about the details of the watch They were incredibly helpful One of the questions I asked was regarding how old the watch was i e when was the date of manufacture and they responded that This watch comes from the Citizen stock and the manufacturing date is always not more than 0 5-1 year My only frustration with the customer service team is that they took 1 day to respond to emails and going back and forth can take quite some time Kota was the customer representative that was in contact with me and she was great - she was open to any of my requests and for that I am very grateful My watch came in excellent condition and it has been 4 months and everything seems to be fine Things to note that are irrelevant to Sakura Watches 1 Since the watches will be from Japan there will be import tax if it is over 135 this applies to people in the UK This can be a bit of an inconvenience since your watch will be held by your courier until the tax is paid Hence delivery will be delayed by a few days 2 Since you do not have the watch in person it is best to take a look at the watch s dimensions to see how big it will be If you have a big wrist a watch with a small face will likely not suit you When I got my watch I was surprised that it was a little smaller than expected but if I had taken a look at the dimensions and not the pictures I should have expected this I still love and wear my watch daily Also I just want to reassure any speculative buyers that this is a legitimate watch seller as of 2023 and if you do order a watch you should receive it
