Not a good product
It s only a checkout without a landing page It s pretty expensive for what it is I contacted them about getting a refund for the remainder of the year as I wasn t gonna use it and they said no They seem really strict and that s probably because their product isn t good enough to keep people in the membership I wouldn t use them again and I don t recommend

Same Scam They Always Pull
Same scam as the other complaints I paid USD10 for a product that I barely used emails went to spam One year later I was ripped off USD120 auto renewal fee They refused to refund the payment citing terms of service As you see from multiple other reviews this deceptive practice is part of their business model Update SamCart have tried to get this review taken down This is most certainly a review for SamCart I wanted to post a screenshot showing that the product is by Camcart with terms and conditions on SamCarts page and a a letter from Brian Moran Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of SamCart Unfortunately I cannot upload here Furthermore not only is Brian Moran s sale s strategy unethical it seems it may also be illegal in the state of Marland where the company is based

I signed up for a 10 programme and was billed a further 197 I didn t give authorization for thos transaction I only purchased the 10 programme These people are scammers I report this at Paypall and I am waiting for them to make this right And hopefully they are going to do something about this company so they can stop fraudelent business

NOTHING works the way it is supposed
NOTHING works the way it is supposed to I got charged repeatedly for the same product My log in never worked Customer service never helped I cancelled They are now sending me notices that automatic renewal will again charge me I have repeatedly sent cancellation notifications and received automated replies but they keep telling me they are charging me DO NOT GET CAUGHT IN THEIR TRAP

Like the most recent reviews I also purchased something for 19 I haven t accessed the program in months then to find a year later I was charged 144 122 for a subscription I have emailed them within the same day twice and the next day but no response Even though they promise response I disputed the charge via PayPal because somehow the charge went on PayPal Credit which I don t even recall having used for a small amount PayPal sided with me but I m yet to receive a refund I won t use this company again

Pay Attention
Like a lot of the people who have posted here I purchased a 19 item and found out later I had purchased something for a lot more money Unfortunately I did not realise for several months I was not paying attention I had no trouble contacting SamCart They responded very quickly They refused to issue a refund even though I had never used the product But they have offered me a refund of the original 19 So I guess that s something The moral of the story is pay attention Also read the reviews before you buy

Deceitful dishonest dodgy If only Trustpilot allowed me to post a screenshot I could show you how SamCart hide behind various layers of distraction in order not to be contactable Isn t it ridiculous that a company that promises to help you win more customers and keep on top of customer communications completely fails at handling customer communications They have just charged my bank account for a year s subscription and when I try to access their site they claim I don t have a subscription so how did they manage to charge my bank account then but they cannot talk about it because all their experts are unavailable Bravo - how deceitful dishonest untrustworthy SamCart com is Don t touch them with a barge pole
