According to the email when I purchased

According to the email when I purchased the software it stated unlimited access Nothing on their stated it would expire after five years When I bought the software it was a contract agreement between me the customer and them the seller I agreed to pay them for their software and they would provide me unlimited access They made changes because of costs This should only effect new customers Unlimited does not last five years

Avoid like the plague

Great piece of software However there is a major issue regarding consumer safety and protection License keys get revoked without explanation and once you reach out to support you would be lucky to get a response back that states that the key has been used for monitary purposes without any proof or evidence to back it up I had my two only license keys revoked after a year Both keys purchased in 2020 and has been used to mod my friends game saves Just poof they re gone Same stupid explanation for both keys

Waste of time and money

I bought a physical copy from Amazon and tried following the included instructions They pointed me to a site full of broken links that prevented me from downloading the software When I found it somewhere else and installed it I was asked for a 16-digit key that WASN T INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE No response from support What a pathetic excuse for a company

Would give 0 stars but no option

Would give 0 stars but no option re-bought this few weeks or so ago only works with 1 profile altho paid for 2 Got 2 profiles registered but only recognizes 1 Had it some years ago worked great but that PC crashed new version is totally worthless

Bait and switch

Bought it back in 2018 because it said lifetime support pay once etc But recently got an email saying my license key is expiring i only paid for 2 yrs but got 5 yrs of support So they changed their contract and act like they did me a favor I only used it for 5 games cause their 1000 games are mostly indie trash like who is asking for codes for games that no one plays

Lifetime license key revoked in 2023

License key revoked in 2023 2022 the license was still working back in 2018 as the product was purchased it was advertized as No subscription Free support updates Compared to companies like winRAR which also have lifetime licenses this is the only lifetime license ever that got revoked

A word of advice to anyone considering

A word of advice to anyone considering Save Wizard You are better off buying the PS4 MAX version Stay away from the online version because Save Wizard offers no support or even a manual on how to use their online service All of their support is for MAX and that s all So avoid the headache and spend the extra money

Illegal Revoked License for Lifetime users Changed Terms Site Owner Address FOUND

Like a lot of others here I bought a license back in 2019 when it was unlimited Suddenly I started getting an error saying it no longer works Now I m finding out all of us who paid for the unlimited license got our licenses revoked Yet they are still charging new client s money For me it s the principle of it definitely going the legal route as well Companies need to be shown they can t just make up their own rules without consequences I found out the site owner is Dynadot LLC 205 E 3rd Ave Ste 314 San Mateo CA 94401-4052

Purchased the software licence Used it for less than an hour finding out it s not fit for purpose Asked for a refund and was refused because I d activated it Do not buy from them Abhorrent customer service

Save wizard Sucks now

It terrible that you can t get another key or download without paying for another if you have to restart reboot or have to restart my computer completely because of problems like virus or other I had my Save Wizard and it was good for a while but they wanted to charge me for Save Wizard again just because I had to restart my computer from a common problem The former owner what a lot better
