Hi I have just started investing with Scalable Capital since Jan 2022 and till now I have no complains However I will be staying in Germany for 2 years After that I do not know where I have to move I called the customer service of scalable capital and they said if I move to USA UK Canada or Switzerland I cannot do transaction with Scalable Capital however if I move within EU or move to India I can still do transactions with Scalable capital Is this information correct Now if I move to USA or Canada etc then they said it is possible to transfer my entire portfolio from Scalable Capital to a new broker in the new country --- I just have to write a mail to Scalable Capital informing them of this transfer Also they said it is possible to make the transfer after I move to the new country Are all this information correct I am asking since in one of the reviews I read Scalable Capital cannot currently execute depot transfers from foreign brokers question now arises can they execute depot transfer TO foreign brokers like I was promised by one of their call attendants Look forward to a useful prompt response from Scalable Capital

I am from India and when I compare my India app like Kite from Zerodha scalable is not so user friendly There is a lot to improve the Ux and please try to improve if you think

No customer support No contact possible with support - email or phone Should give 0 for Service Depot bertrag not possible since a few weeks To initiate you need to register on a waiting list Waiting since 2-3 weeks now and have not seen any response to initiate Depot transfer Once Depot transfer is initiated that may take additionally a few days The problem is that they are not even able to manage the customers wanting to start a Depot transfer Yes it is possible to trade for no charge with - 36 pa Smart Broker But min 250 No complains on that side Trades can be executed but support is pathetic

I struggle with customer service - waiting times are long and without any response I struggle on app because the FAQ dont translate to EN Its always in German and would expect that since they have an international customer base the FAQ should also be in EN

Fantastic service literally did everything for me and were really professional Highly recommended

I m writing this complaint while wait for very long for the chat to answer about my issue This broker isn t trustworthy Baader Bank is even worse and slower now before you write to their chat they are legally obligated to display a message saying that you have the right to appeal to civil court or a body of civil action They are absurd Seems that to withdraw now you need a lawyer In my cases they had been stuck with a stock transfer I requested for more than a month now I end up writing this complaint due to the anger and distress this guys caused me If a lawyer reads this please sue this pieces of crap I have screenshots of all the conversations and emails where they lie to me and keep my deposits in instead of simply executing the transfer as requested I ended up loosing trade opportunities in the new broker I was transferring to and had to loose lot of money liquidating my stock too soon paying short term gain taxes etc so I could transfer cash instead of having to rely on their bad customer services and awful team of mediocre bankers They don t fail with the cash transfers because those are executed by robots and not by incompetent staff They resulted very expensive due to how stupid they were If they sell they are cheaper they are lying to you If you are offered to join this bad services don t do it there are better brokers out there that you can find with just a little research on Google Unless this guys introduce you to a specific feature that only they manage and offer or you want to use their Wealth Management services with boring returns do not subscribe to this bad service All the derivatives products I bought from them were bad quality and designed to destroy people holding them at the end Maybe they are the place where big banks sell their bad products because one of the products I choose had just enough leverage to take all of your money and liquidate you before starting to become profitable in long term Of course they don t sell the best ones which had leverage just below that so you don t loose your money Awful They helped in some things but I may give them 0 stars if I could

Poor Customer service speed Outdated app poor search functionality

While Scalable markets itself as an easy way to automate and simplify investing for the average Joe there have been a couple of situations where I found that I would have been completely lost had I not previously worked as an investment professional Moreover Scalable is not a good option for trading only for ETF investing or long-term holdings it is acceptable My experience with the customer service so far was mediocre while the people are usually nice and try to help I found them to be relatively incompetent but at the same time not just admitting that they don t know but instead giving wrong advice which is more harmful than helpful The worst part is that my ETF savings plan has withdrawn more money from my reference account than I had set up While the money isn t lost it still left my regular account underfunded to fulfill other financial commitments My complaint to the customer service and request to speed up the reverse bank transfer did not result in anything This is a serious issue and I am now considering to move my portfolio elsewhere

Their servers can t handle the load during important events and constantly return errors While people are trying to access their lifetime savings it s unacceptable to have an application that is essentially unavailable

The costumer service is very bad They answer in a minimum of 3 days and they did not even answer my last request They do not find any solution for your problems at all As an example I bought a credit swiss and UBS bank bought the credit Swiss They blocked my stocks and told me to open a bank account in Switzerland to be able to transfer my stock there I did not give 1 star as they are still cheaper
