Easy and simple to use but application interface is OUTDATED and keeps Crashing

The overall application is very simple to use However there are some points which need to be fixed and updated First of all during critical day of the year the SC mobile application fails and it keeps crashing And this causes to miss out on very important trades Secondly it would be great if we can see the performance of the portfolio compared with some index funds like S P-500 or Nasdaq-100 Instead of just being able to see the absolute return on the portfolio it would be very helpful to be able to see per year wise returns I have a prime broker account and I really miss these features It is impossible to analyze stocks in their application It has developed in the last years but they are still years behind some of the other brokerages

I like the UI it s getting better but

I like the UI it s getting better and more intuitive however security related customer support is from an era which seems like doesn t have internet You really don t want to lose your device on uninstall the app from the main device because it will take you ages to recover your account Another thing they can improve on is that there is no way to know the date of earnings for the companies I am following I have to maintain a completely separate app which allows me to add earnings date to my calendar i believe that at least premium customers should have access to this service as a bare minimum

Scalable is good Baader is bad

Scalable is good Baader bank is a catastrophy Scalable works fine however the underlying bank where they store your Stocks ETF s is such a disaster I m waiting months on the purchasing data of some ETF s that were transferred to a different bank I keep getting emails from Scalable that they are waiting for a reply from Baader bank I think that Baader bank is stopping scalable from becoming a great platform maybe they need their own banking license like Trade Republic Or maybe they need to find a better bank to store the assets

Simple app UI but not all stocks available

Simple to use app but not all stocks are available from NASDAQ

The downside that is making me reconsider being a user

I like the app and how easy it is to see all my investments The overview page is great The thing I dislike is thatm whenever I want to access the money I invested I have to wait 8 weeks I understand that you might have a reason to do so however your competitors like Trade Republic do not have this condition This is really making me reconsider using Scalable as a broker because if i need to access this money for an emergency I can not Edit I read your answer and I appreciate your explanation One thing I would suggest is that you could at least make part of the funds available sooner Eg let users access 70 of their invested money in a couple of days and the remaining 30 would be available in 8 weeks In the case of possible chargebacks then Scalable would be covered and no overdrafts would happen
