I was looking for an easy to use low cost and high quality platform and found that Scalable has all of these The customer service has also been great answering all my questions in a short time I have been using the service for a month now and I m really happy with it no negative things to report so far

It is made with end customer in mind Easy beautiful user friendly and fair costs above all

Opening the accounts was a bit slower as with anything here in Germany so it is standard speed Support has always answered quite fast on my questions I had no issues at all since I have opened account Works mostly as advertised it is constantly improving and they take care of tax reports in most of the cases so I am satisfied with Scalable now for over a year Recommended for German citizens

I ve been using this app for over 2 years so far everything is good the only downside is that the 2-step verification 2SV is always discounted If they fixed that with the new update this app would be perfect in my personal opinion

Been a Customer for more than 2 5 yrs now and I have been happy with Scalable I might be a little biased owing to the fact that Scalable is one of the few brokers who provide support in English as well Nevertheless I am quite active when it comes to buying selling in Scalable and have had a pleasant experience so far Yes it is true that it takes a while to get answers and the settlements can also take time taxes after a sale for example But having been a Customer with other brokers I think the wait time is reasonable though I would urge Scalable to improve it espcially when it is urgent So far my queries concerns have been addressed well enough As for the app Simple and straightforward Has sufficient information about a stock derivative etf Insights into the portfolio is a good additionThe app can definitely improve though and I hope it will in terms of info delivery chart analysis and so on

i have used the app for a year now I like the overall experience Only the transaction for deposit and cash out takes two or more days because its connected with baader bank This app is trustworthy at the current time 2024 I am not sure for the future trust If the market or economy goes down then it may have some consequences
