Worst experience I have ever had

Worst experience I have ever had dealing with a shoe company I received the shoes which were too small emailed the company several times the wrong date of order was typed on my packing slip and will not accept my order number or my email address I can t even sell the shoes because the straps are too short This company needs to be reported Has no phone number does not answer emails also tried the chat never responded I am out of 140 00 and I am pissed to say the least Bogus company don t waste your time or money

Worst customer service ever they lie they cheat and they steal I tried to return a pair shoes and they had the nerve to tell me it was final sales it did not say that on the final paperwork receipt nor did the screen shot of my order state it was a finale sale I will never purchase shoes from this company ever again and I will tell my friends and family to do the same Shame on you Schutz for being schmucks

HORRIBLE Customer service

I horrible customer service I order a GREEN avva shoes then I received RED Avva shoes in the mail I ve been trying to get in touch with customer service NO ANSWER I sent them and email I got a reply saying they ll get in touch with me in 2business day and I still haven t heard back from anyone I thought this was a reputable USA shoes company but I m disappointed with the shoes and customer service I ll never order from this place ever again One disappointed customer I should ve read the reviews before purchasing anything from here

Horrible customer service - buyer beware

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a company Love their shoes but I will never buy directly from them again I have called the company numerous times each time leaving a voicemail and it always goes straight to voicemail without ever receiving a call back from anyone I also emailed them several times and finally managed to receive a very basic response back after several days of waiting that did not even address my question As a last resort I decided to DM them on Instagram but of course the message was left unread No I do not recommend

Horrible customer service no legit phone number to call emailed many times without any response Bought a couple of pairs of shoes from them fit was wrong returned both of them and received a store credit They give store credits for shoes sold on sale however one pair was bought at full price and they gave me a store credit anyway Have been trying to speak to them about this for over three weeks Another return arrived at their location over two weeks ago and has not been processed can t get anyone to reply to my emails for this one either Called store and was told they have been getting complaints about online service Obviously they do not see it to be too much of a big deal since nothing has changed Do yourself a favor and stay away

HORRIBLE COMPANY

This is a HORRIBLE COMPANY I placed an order online with my shipping and billing address the same The order went through for a pair of pumps The charge was on my credit card 20 minutes later I get a generated email stating my order was cancelled because they could not verify my billing address Called and spoke to a rude customer service person cold and rude When asked why they could not verify my billing address she said I don t know why I said I would like to know why and rectify the error and find out if it is your system or what went wrong so it can be fixed She said it can t be fixed I asked nicely if I could speak to a supervisor or manager and she said no they could not help me either they would say the exact same thing I said I would like to try speaking to a supervisor and she became combative and obnoxious I sent emails asking why and I expected a phone call or an email with an apology or explanation but it was never addressed THE RUDEST MOST UNAPPRECIATIVE COMPANY FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS SHAME ON SAM EDELMAN AND THEIR LACK OF CUSTOMER CARE AND OUT AND OUT BAD BEHAVIOR AND UNETHICAL COMPANY PRACTICES CANCELLED ORDER NUMBER 005017067681 THEY DO NOT DESERVE ANYONES BUSINESS

I really wish I could have read these

I really wish I could have read these reviews before I ordered an 80 dollar pair of shoes The shoes I got were nice but far too large When I decided that I was going to return I was surprised to learn that they had a 14 day return policy Interestingly I d never received a shipping or order confirmation So that made returning even harder I reached out to them via their email contact information and their website I ordered on July 11 and to this day have yet to hear back from them It s really sad to know that a business like this is operating I ve never had such a terrible experience

I would do 0 stars if i could I have never made a review before but i am sorry this is just made me so mad My shoes turned up and they were too big so i sent them back and it has been over 3 weeks and still no refund i have emailed them so many damn times and they haven t even replied one time i emailed them saying i have sent back my shoes but haven t got my refund and they came back with a return label i have already done that
