Shut down without notice

I ve been trying to get through online or on the phone for a week Finally realized they are no longer in business This was a great company to do business with-once upon a time Now I have a very pricey pair of shoes that are too small and can t find a way to get them returned Gave up and reported them to my CC company today I am not alone The phone queue for the one number that apparently is still in service told me I was 193 in line this afternoon

I order shoes from this company never received a response from them I emailed them multiple times never got a response from them they are scammers I do not recommend anybody to purchase anything from them

Bad shipping practices

I received my ordered shoes but was not told there was any shipping until I confirmed payment and they charged me a non-refundable 15 for express shipping with no mention of express shipping prior to approving payment I am returning these and will never do business with them again And for some reason it will cost me 27 even when returning the shoes

Horrible customer service and business

Ordered shoes and they did nothing for 3 days No tracking or anything I tried contacting support and they said their systems updated and all packages are delayed They gave me no time frame on when my order would be shipped and they would not allow a cancel Avoid this website They are horrible

If I could leave a zero I would but clearly 1 is the lowest Unlike some I did actually get my shoes 3 months later They look nothing like what I ordered They were supposed to be hey dudes The 5 dollar pair they sent are sooo u comfortable walking barefoot would be nicer I would never recommend them and they need to be off ALL social media bc they are a fake company and do not come through with what you ordered

Internet scam

Even 1 Star is too much for them They are worst internet scammers I ve seen in my whole life They sent completely different shoes after more than 15 business days and then wanted me to pay again for my ordered shoes because warehouse messed up and they are having a cost and also tried to convince me that those shoes I got are very beautiful and I can give them someone for a present and they will give the best discount for that person to buy me my shoes The discount is 5 It s unbelievable what bulshit they have said I lost 120 and telling everyone NOT TO PURCHASE FROM THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE

No one ever answers the phone

I have made the mistake of ordering from this company too many times and each time I run into the very very poor customer service swearing to myself I will never again order from them This time I m writing it down to remind myself this is the company that never answers the phone should you need to return the product or have customer service for any reason Don t Go Near them
