I was a but apprehensive in getting in touch but once I spoke to I think it was Alex to begin with and he said they could help I felt a big weight being lifted of my shoulders Got it all sorted in one day brilliant company would highly recommend

Best decision

All the staff have been great and knowledgeable They were also very understanding and non judgmental they go through all the solutions and you pick which one suits your situation best I feel a weight has been lifted and I m now on my journey to becoming debt free

Each member of staff I spoke to went above and beyond The easiest process I ve had since trying to sort out my finances Staff took care of everything and made the process so simple and gave a sense of ease from start to finish Within 7 hours everything was sorted and I can now face my debt with ease and support from all at Scottish debt help

Biggest relief So thankful

Been toying with the idea for ages but was worried about losing my car and i was ashamed and embarrassed Eventually mustered up the courage to ask about it and literally every person I spoke to was so friendly and understanding I didn t once feel judged or embarrassed and was reassured I could keep my car as it was essential for my kids and my work Knowing this is now in the process of being sorted I have slept so much better and am now kicking myself for suffering in silence for so long as I was working so hard earning a really good wage but had nothing to show for it and it was really depressing I would recommend J3 to anybody who is suffering in silence or embarrassed as this was me and now I can get my life back and enjoy time with my children Thank you so much

Very professional and non judgemental No matter what you are going through the staff are so kind and considerate Would definitely recommend anyone who is struggling to call this team as after my first call it was the first time I slept right through without worrying about anything xxx
