Don t hesitate to reach out for help

I was so apprehensive about having to speak to anyone about my debt but the team couldn t have been more helpful and understanding They made me feel comfortable and I didn t feel judged I now feel like my anxiety has lifted and I know exactly where I stand with my payment which is affordable for me I would highly recommend the team to anyone feeling hopeless they really make a difference

Personal independent payments

On December 6th 2023 I started receiving my second set of benefits of PIP I was delighted So i started getting my house sorted out I got a new boiler a new living room radiator and got my pipes flushed out of their rust twice I also got two tall trees cut down Now my house is warm in winter Not just these but I also paid all my outstanding debts And I started paying the latest bills with ease

I cannot thank Scottish Debt Help enough for assisting me The staff Terri Cheryl Grimshaw and other staff were professional non judgmental and empathetic I was guided through my options before a plan was put in place that would allow me to deal with my debt in an affordable way The process was thorough and was completed in a week I received expert advice guidance and support at all stages and would highly recommend to anyone who is struggling with unaffordable debts and need expert help

Absolutely brilliant form start to end

Absolutely brilliant form start to end Very helpful only disadvantage is after receiving so many calls someone different always call I think they should stick with Same case manager unless can t be helped But for rest all good

Absolutely fantasticWas worried about my debt but scottish debt help J3 were great took all stress away from me and managed to get my debt down to an amount i am able to pay weekly Anyone looking for assistance with their debt should definitely call them they managed to sort things out very quickly and professionally Never had to get help like this before and was bit worried about calling them They are very friendly and dont judge you Excellent company cant thank them enough I had great night sleep for 1st time in weeks Great job would give you all 10 stars if i could
