Over all happy but I had a debt already in a plan this company got in touch with then and my payment plan with this company went from 31 2 years clear of my other debts to 11 years caused a lot of stress wish the left it alone

I thought I had found a simple way to clear my debts

I was advised to speak to a company called Stepchange which I did and found very helpful and I think I was passed onto other companies which were unclear to me but I did go through everything until we got near the end when told I would have to change my bank account This I was not willing to do My position is that I don t know where Scot debthelp came into my application I decided not to respond to the request for signature to agree to the contract and then I received a call from Carrington Dean In the end I didn t know which company I was making this contract with and was glad I had withdrawn my application my not returning the email as I was more confused than ever

Professional help with a human touch

Frankie and her team were hugely supportive throughout what was a very stressful and difficult time They offered comprehensive assistance in a totally non-judgemental and professional manner but always with a very human touch

very helpful throughout the whole process explained everything and even helped more where they could released alot of pressure of financial difficulties and made a light at the end of the tunnel feel real highly recommended even if it s jst for advice

At first I was nervous to make a first

At first I was nervous to make a first step but once that was done people who I talked to was very nice and understanding and they put my mind in rest quickly All though it was quite few phone calls and going same things over with 3 different people we got there at the end I m now waiting outcome from this and weight has been lifted off my shoulders I will have one affordable monthly payment and I can start living my life again

I slept much better that night after my first phone call

From my very first phone call with the Debt help team I felt confident they were doing their best to help me and guiding me towards the appropriate and manageable steps with my situation The first phone call is lengthy and very detailed but it is absolutely vital and it amazed me how much better I slept that first night I would recommend the National Debt Advice to anyone looking for help managing their debt

Helped me out of a very difficult

Helped me out of a very difficult situation and are handsomely rewarded for it Didn t call at a date and time That was arranged and therefore when they did I had to rearrange as I was driving But truthfully without them I would be continuing a pretty dire financial service and slight criticism is only to try and be helpful for the future

Never go it alone

The staff were all helpful to my concern they were absolutely amazing they took me through and full explain how does the system work And they were always on the other end of the phone asking to gather all the information that was needed of which l did l had gone through hard times suffering for the past 7 months in silence not knowing who to turn to Thank you so much for your help now l can focus
