Think your customer care skills where excellent probably actually undoubtedly the best people in a workplace ive ever dealt with the compassion and the will to be the most helpful team I ve ever came across Big thanks to Terri a thought she had the best peoples skills in any phone call her tone of voice and her personality for me sticks in my head but on a whole the team were superb Thanks to all that helped me get through the process

Wasn t sure what to expect when I called my new monthly repayments are much lower than I expected 3 phone calls all less than an hour each and things are on the right path to being sorted Make the call I have been struggling with my debt for years and a non judgemental call with people who understand what your going through such a relief and wished I had done this earlier Mohammed Cheryle thank you

What a fabulous service from start to finish Non judgemental and had immediate answers to all my questions and concerns They don t know how much the pacified me and helped me and will never understand that with their care and support they have quite literally taken a huge weight from my shoulders 10 10 service with compassionate and professional team Dealing with debt isn t enjoyable but somehow this team especially Brody Steve Cheryl and Cheryl have made it hassle free and comfortable
