An inspirational service

When I joined the program at Seetec I felt overwhelmed by the prospect of returning to work I didn t know where to start or how to begin organising my approach My Employment Advisor carefully evaluated my situation and determined which support would meet my particular needs I was offered a variety of resources including workshops to help build confidence and take practical steps towards employment as well as one-to-one wellbeing sessions to improve my mental health The dynamic team were able to adapt their support as my needs changed and provided encouragement and motivation to help me achieve my goals I have left the program with direction and purpose and a renewed confidence in my personal and professional abilities

I would highly recommend Seetec as an apprenticeship provider I have been fully supported through my learning journey with a great attention to ensuring I have all of the resources I need to succeed A big thank you also to Simon Astbury for being a great tutor he has taken the time to understand my learner journey and the support I need from him whilst always challenging me to deliver my best

This programme has helped my depression

I received support and help from my employment advisor Michael Carroll Since being on the Work and Health Programme I have been encouraged to believe in myself more and received advice in difficult situations My time with Michael so far has motivated me to apply for more jobs than I have before being on the programme I have become more comfortable in attending anxiety filled environments and less depressed with life in general

Helen has been a godsend She is so incredibly supportive and understanding of my health issues and needs It s like gold dust to find someone like her in this industry I am so lucky to have been assigned her as my coach
