The best thing to happen me in 2023
Before joining the My self esteem U-turn I had gotten to a stage where I felt completely miserable with how I looked and felt I felt helpless I had tried so many things in the past before but nothing stuck I also had pre conceived ideas about PTs diets gym and weightloss I blame social media for this tbh I plucked up the courage to contact Barry because I liked his content and he was relatable Accepted onto the programme I was really nervous but then I was introduced to Kurt Literally bricking myself at the beginning he just heard me He developed a taylor made programme specifically for me I told him what I liked and didn t like and he listened He understood the commitment I have to my family and my busy work life He also helped me get over my gym anxiety What I learned there is that everyone is too busy looking at themselves to be looking at me frankly He taught me all about tracking calories and how to live a normal life even while tracking It opened my eyes massively to why diets never worked before I never really ever felt restricted on the programme As the pounds dropped off I felt stronger my body began to change and gained a confidence I hadn t felt about my body in a long time I lost 20lbs in total Since leaving the programme I have managed to maintain that It was honestly the best investment of 2023 for me My advice is if you re thinking about doing it don t think just do it You will honestly not regret it

I love the approach they take
I love the approach they take So many fitness or lifestyle coaches have a cookie-cutter approach to health and fitness decrease calories increase protein workout five days a week here s your standard meal plan here s your standard workout plan see you in next week The coaches at Self Esteem U-Turn will sit with you really listen to your story and your goals ask you great questions to identify where you need the most help and then work with you to make a plan that will actually work for you specifically My issues were having no time and having too much stress The time issue was causing me to skip workouts and exercise The stress issue was causing me to make bad food and health choices because they were easier and quicker than the healthier choices The coaches at Self Esteem U-Turn showed me ways to make those choices easier and more convenient by raising the floor essentially rigging my life to make making better choices easier than making the bad ones They addressed my lack of time issues by creating a workout plan that integrated into my life and a set of goals that were reasonable When I falter which everyone does and everyone will they continue asking the right questions to get to the bottom of why it happened and we figure out what I need and how to get it together I have referred two very close friends to Self Esteem U-Turn already and will continue to shout their praises from the rooftops Barry Ste Teigan and the rest of the crew will take great care of you and more importantly will teach how to take great care of yourself

If you need great guidance and very supportive staff and community look no further
From the start the quality and sincerity of the owner Barry was very genuine Once he got me going with my coach Ste it was all another level Such a personal touch from them both plus all ths staff he has and the committed nature to your personal goals is nothing short of amazing You get solid support and constant feedback and they re always actively listening to your concerns and ongoing support The online community they have built is brilliant and full of care and support from not only the community but also the staff themseleves who always put there time in when they can The focus on my and everyones well being is paramount to them and I couldn t be happier with not only my results but their commitment to each and every person that also put their time and effort in aswell

Finally achieving results without major sacrifice
Thanks to Kurt I finally know what I m doing with a plan that works for me around my life I m down 9kg in 4months I still eat food I enjoy go out have fun but now I know how to balance it all without undoing all the hard work I ve put in I even enjoy the gym now Kurt Barry the team aim to give you the tools knowledge to reach maintain your goals long term in a way that suits busy lifestyles

Excellent and Supportive
This is a very informative and supportive program that gets those with the most apprehension with getting started with their fitness journey on the right track Barry and Teigan provide great informative trainings and encouragement to the steps clients take to get going One on one coaching is very supportive where Kurt personal coach is very helpful and knowledgeable to how to get you to your goals whatever they may be Fitness is a personal investment and I have had quite the return 15lbs lost since I started and really glad I came across this program

Best decision I ve made for myself joining the programme
From the initial call to get started on the programme to now the care and support that Barry and the team put into creating a suitable plan to fit your lifestyle is second to none Since being assigned to my coach Pearse he has helped identify the areas in my diet and exercise that I was overlooking when it comes to losing weight I ve tried a number of times to lose weight before with no success but since joining Self Esteem U Turn I am getting real results only after a couple of months Not only that but my knowledge of nutrition has improved immensely The planned workouts are suitable to my weekly schedule and leaves room for improvements The online community are really supportive and is full of positive people all with the same long term goals Would highly recommend the programme to anyone struggling to build consistency when it comes to nutrition and training without huge restrictions
