scammed Maybe not But horrible experience
Update to my initial review below after much effort they refunded my purchase They have the worst client communication I ve ever experienced Out of 16 calls I placed they only answered once promised to call me back and never did Initial emails were responded to promptly but once I experienced issues they answered only after repeated follow ups Their website did strange things with the number of items in my cart didn t show that payment against my order was processed so I had to send proof of payment just generally very strange They say they are a legitimate business and they may well be but my experience has put me off entirely and I would NOT recommend buying from them Save yourself the effort and anxiety -----------I bought a basin and vanity combo on this site Got an email from them confirming payment I followed up numerous times on shipping only to be informed via email that my order was cancelled due to no stock Now I am struggling to get my refund from them No answer to email no one answers phones I am convinced this is a scam stay away
