Ordered the product received the order email Silence I had to reach out after 2 weeks Received the product The entire top was off as well as the tamper proof label It was leaking out the box The box was intact so it wasn t a shipper error I sent an email still no response Paid the shipping insurance At this point I need a refund Terrible experience

Lots of money no product terrible customer service

My last recent order from serene herbs has been a disaster First they split the order in two which is annoying and ups damaged the package and discarded the first and second delivery I m ordering from Canada so I pay a lot in duties and taxes for these items and I have no product to show for it I m out a lot of money now I ve made numerous attempts to contact serene to see what they are doing about this and I m being ignored like my business means nothings to themOrder number was 43897 and I would not recommend this company as I will be looking for a new place to order from Same on you serene herbs

Do not buy from this website there s thieves they took my money took my order canceled the review and refused to give me the money making excuses why technical difficulties they can t send me back my money stay away

This company is garbage and should be ashamed The first time I ordered no problem received product within 10 days Placed another order on December 1 and I m getting the same emails that some of you have been posting by the same guy I don t have a PayPal account I don t trust it either because I have been hacked before with it and who wants a store credit when I don t plan to ever order from them again Serene Herbs you should be ashamed Whether you re a start up or new business if you didn t think you could handle the volume you never should have taken the orders or took customers money Disgusted

Well i ordered soursop and black seed Bitters buy 2 get1 free Well first of all i am familiar with these 2 products and believe me these are no where near the real thing I know bitters are a mixture but the concentration of what they give you really does nothing Thats one problem another was it took a month to get to me even though it was done with UPS This brings me to UPS It was clearly marked on my invoice shipping was FREE however i got a bill for 95 00 for my 116 00 shipment which if i knew this I wouldn t have ordered it In short nothing except a loss for me all the way around came out of this product purchase However the best is they tout the fact the they have 5000 5 star reviews Well now you all know that you can write anything on the internet today without being questioned

I odered four bottles from them two soursop and two black seed on Dec 5 2024 I contacted the email provided through the tracking app and someone by the name of Kwadwo Tuffour emailed me back asking for my PayPal info I told him I didn t pay with PayPal I paid with my credit card and that I wanted a refund Fast forward to today I received an email stating that my order is cancelled I never cancelled it but I also never received the product or a refund I simply blocked the email and reached out to my credit card company and explained that I was scammed and got it taken care of Be careful and don t order from serene herbs

This is not a legitimate business I placed an order received an email saying they are experiencing delays Then silence After weeks of waiting I requested to cancel my order and receive a refund I got an email reply saying Hi Your order has been canceled With no additional information I received a follow on email stating a refund has not been issued At this point I have reported this business Do NOT fall for this trick This is simply a scam
