I don t trust these guys I ordered in the morning and in the afternoon they called to say there was an error on the website and the price was more than double No apology no explaination just how do you want to pay

Deceptive advertising Was wanting McKesson Medical Tape 2 x 10 yards Their website shows a photo of a box of it and one sample roll as other sites do The price was 10 99 4 95 shipping I presumed this was for a box of 6 rolls Guess what- it was for one roll which normally sells for less than 2 BE CAREFUL

On April 27 I placed an order for a product I needed for a major surgery I was having on May 18 Their website says it takes 3-5 business days for processing for shipping On May 5 I emailed asking when the item would ship They stated it would be 2 more weeks On May 16 I emailed again they said it would ship in 3-5 days Finally received the product on May 24 It was the entire wrong product I asked for a refund They stated I would get it after I returned the product Product was received by them via FedEx I have yet to receive a refund I have reported them to the Federal Trade Commission Better Business Bureau etc

Package not even shipped and no reply from customer service

I placed an order almost two weeks ago with this company It said the supplies I was ordering was in stock and would ship within 1-2 business days I still have not gotten a shipping confirmation or a package I also see the same thing I order is half the price of what I paid I have tried online chat calling and email with no reply Finally answered by simply cancelling my order and saying they will refund me in a few days I didn t ask for a refund I wanted the product I was promised It still says it is in stock on their website yet then customer service says they don t have it Terrible customer service and a waste of money Avoid this company

SCAM ALERTOrdered zinc on April 6th for my 86 yr old mother recovering from Covid 19 I was advised it was in stock and to place my order Charged me for the order advised me that it would ship on April 13th with 2 day FedEx delivery I called on April 15th and was advised it hadn t shipped and they were unable to tell me when it would ship I requested they cancel my order and refund my money I have emailed and left voicemails no reply and no refund

Scam alert Ordered a rollator walker through Medicare It only comes with a hand brake but ABC charges 25 extra for it and lists it as miscellaneous on Medicare submission Medicare won t pay for miscellaneous items ABC keeps billing me for the brake This company sucks

No integrity unreliable going to get someone killed

No integrity unprofessional will get people killed don t buy from them Ordered an oxygen concentrator March 27 2020 for my father who is is ill with a chronic respiratory issue Customer service told me that the item was in stock and that it would ship the following week I paid 700 for it on the spot I relied on this potentially as a life-impacting situation Two weeks went by and I had no update I asked the company and they said that they had shipped the item I paid for to another customer Serfinity said it would be 2-3 months before another one was available They basically took my money caused me to rely on their promise and this prevented me from buying a similar item from somewhere else while it was in stock Now they are sold out in many places
